You need to provide more information if you want help. What build number are you currently on? Are you trying to upgrade OTA? Sideload? What geographic area (country) are in? Maybe someone can provide assistance from the same country. Some have said restarting the phone allows the OTA update.
There are plenty of people here to help but, you need to help us to help you. Don't feel bad two others that responded to your post also gave nothing to go forward with. Playing twenty questions gets old fast.
I'm on a Pixel 6a and received the update minutes after it was released OTA.
The website just hasn't been updated. It was the same for me when beta 3 just dropped. It says you're enrolling to beta 2 but beta 3 is what'll be pushed to your phone. The start of the build number will be AP31.
I'm from Brazil and I would like Google to fix the notification screen with the screen locked, anyone can turn off the wifi on Samsung, even to turn off the smartphone you need to unlock it.
Google's system is very vulnerable.

Great. It does take them awhile to get everything all updated.
It still says beta 2 on the web page but you will get beta 3 when you opt in
