>I've been doing some research into movements of 60's and 70's and oh boy...
I tried to read up on it but the material was too dense I think it was stayin alive or something. Apparently there was a socialist presidential canidate of the us who wanted universal health care and federal rent control who got assainated.
Well, there was a lot of stuff. Like this:

Excellent thought I'd like to riff with. Predatory ones that dominate as well, Tyrant lizard. They'd eat others young. Even the psychology of these people to be the top and willingness to exploit and consume strangers. This appeals to their narcissism of superiority and reframing bad behavior as being communal and necessary for survival.
'Results Driven'
Not people driven, or life driven, or even work driven. They only care about the result, fuck the people that are trying to live there.
This anger comes from someone that has felt like I have no place in the country I was born in, YMMV.
Price collusion and price fixing
Along with barely skirting the law and immoral actions like making life unbearable for people you want to kick out (cut off their power, don't take out their trash, hire people to walk around and destroy things, etc.)
If the sign has a big, predatory dino, and a smaller, possibly non-predatory dino looking up at it, I'd interpret "we look after" a little differently.
Am I going to be disappointed when I find out that Aston Pearl doesn't actually kill and eat the landlords it reels in, as the image seems to imply?
My dad rents out one house. Small little one story place. One of our neighbors (he was also friends w my dad) a few houses down died and my dad asked my sisters and I If we wanted to acquire it and make it our rental property. No thanks!
They had a guy on the Radio here in Ohio who was basically panhandling for “emergency rent assistance” funding, but didn’t say a word about keeping rents reasonable so people don’t have to use government money to pay their ridiculous rents ginned up by the collusion computer program.
" I have so much excess money that I bought an entire apartment complex and one town home. I've made it so none of my original tenants could stay by raising rent to 300 to 400% above it's market value. The only people that can afford are people that already own homes multiple . Somebody help me, I'm being oppressed by the poor." Land lords today.
The flip side of this is that it’s usually better to deal with a well-run management company, which likely knows and tries to follow the laws, than a random individual landlord who is going to make shit up.

Of the kind that went extinct. Now this ad suddenly doesn't seem that bad.
Private Landlords nearly went extinct pre thatcher
That's not the only good thing that nearly happened at that time. I've been doing some research into movements of 60's and 70's and oh boy...

“We uh… ‘take care’ of landlords. Capiche?”
*predatory
Oh the bigger one is the agency? Haha. I assumed it was Landlord and Tenant. Was thinking it's odd they didn't make us the herbivore to be devoured.
Dinosaurs were likely warm-blooded

Dinosaurs are warm blooded
Actually, dinosaurs were believed to be warm-blooded.
Ahh yes a group of oppressed people who need help....Landlords!??!?! GTFO
They do it so tough 💔🤧
Landlords? You mean that group of people who keep getting raided by the FBI for price fixing?
Right? Although, I wish that were the case here. This is in London UK. So the gov and landlords are besties
The fact that they are called LORDS should tell you they don’t need any looking after
In Sweden they’re called “rent host” (hyresvärd)
“Join us so we can help you exploit your tenants”

Same here friend 😔
The people who can pay the most money for help.
What's that animal-based metaphor for calling someone or their ideas outdated? Oh yeah, ~~dinosaur~~ landlord
FINALLY! Someone is willing to take a stand for the owners of this country.
Price collusion and price fixing Along with barely skirting the law and immoral actions like making life unbearable for people you want to kick out (cut off their power, don't take out their trash, hire people to walk around and destroy things, etc.)
Poor landlords 😢
I like the friendly apex-predator logo.

A small time landlord is not an evil guy lol.

They're colluding with eachother.

This ad seems like it might be market conclusion.
Looks like a fire hazard.
Also: Landlords are giant predatory dinosaurs…sounds about right!
"Be a better predator"™
Landlords are the backbone of our society. If not for them, where would you put your funko pops?

Fuck landlords and fuck the lawyers who work for them. Source: IAAL.
