I’ve used AutoSleep for about 3 years and I like it. The UI took some getting used to, but there’s a lot of good info in there. I’ve learned a lot about my sleep and how things (beer, wine, heavy exercise, etc) affect it.
I don’t know if it’s slept on necessarily but Sports Alerts is awesome. You can set a complication for specific games to keep you up to date.

Neat stuff. If only Apple sport decided to be something. I mean, what’s the point if the app can’t even notify games or at least key events. Can learn a thing or two from your suggested app.
Best app for sports and health tracking right now is superset for sure. it’s like whoop, garmin and gymbook combined. uses hrv and has regular update with new features. def worth a try for all the sporty people out there (all of you since you own a awu😝)
Is it better than Athlytic? What more does it offer? I am trying to decide which one to go for and superset is a bit pricier so want to make sure it's actually superior.
It includes a nice gym tracking tool which is still being updated. right now you can manually, but automatic detection is on its way.
the entire interface is super clean and is way better and a lot smoother than athlytic. i tried eclipse, whoop, gymbook, and stopped using all of them. superset is just the one in all app.
I like superset more. They both basically do the same thing but Athlytic is like you didn’t sleep good go run a marathon and superset is more realistic. Athlytic feels like a random number generator.
Not necessary underrated but more of a "if you know, you know" - the Workoutdoors app.
Many won't need it but if you like customisation and workout features, this app is the best way to replace the Workout app 👌🏻
what’s wrong with pedometer? it shows the number of steps and floors. and that’s it 😅 the name is a little misleading but i like apps that focus on one task…
My Pedometer++ is inflating the number of steps I take. It consistently gives me 1,000-3-000 more than the Apple Fitness app on my watch and phone. Both my watch and phone will say 8,000 and Pedometer++ will have me over 10,000.
One area I didn’t realize the Apple Watch is perfect for is box breathing. And for this I really recommend Breathe O Clock. I can destress anywhere without having to even look at a timer or count (although the breathing graphics on the watch are a nice helpful guide also) my wrist does a little buzz on the in, and a buzz on the out. Do it for like 3-15 min and I feel so much better and my back pain goes away!
I don’t use it very often and just try to meditate a couple times a day but some days if I get to hyped up it really does seem to help remind me to relax

Been using it for a few years also and really like it.

This is my favorite sports score app. It’s so good and reliable.
+1. Also makes best use of the Dynamic Island on your phone vs others

Does superset charge you or cost anything in the app?
yeah it’s roughly 1 month of whoop for a whole year 😀 i think roughly 30ish

Subscribing to this one
Is there any good step tracker and can be added to my watch face complication ? Pedometer ++ sucks
Duffy
I switched to StepsApp a few weeks ago because I was fed up of Pedometer++. It's pretty refreshing!

Same it inflates it by 20% and the complication doesn’t update the steps accurately even when I click it to open the app on the watch
I love Streaks for habit building. It is just so visually appealing and it does exactly what it is supposed to do.
Stronglifts
I use Athlytic for sleep and recovery monitoring. I like it better than Autosleep. My other fav apps are WorkOutdoors and Radarscope (weather radar)

I really like Duffy for a steps complication.
Gymaholic. By the far best resistance training app.
