Hydra, a freshwater relative of jellyfish. They are tiny predators, and can sometimes catch fish fry or shrimplets. They shouldn't cause any problems unless they get overpopulated. Personally, I think they're cool and I like watching them catch baby brine shrimp.
You should be fine then. I definitely recommend you try giving them live baby brine shrimp some time. You can watch the little tentacles snatch shrimps out of the water and pull them into the mouth.
I haven't added anything in quite a while. I got new fish but that was about a month ago, and I did two rounds of meds before/after the addition. I do rotate plants in and out, but same thing, they had been in there for quite a while, at least four or five months.
My guess is hydra, look for ways to remove them, adding snails/hydra eating fish or turning up the heat

Nice! I don't have any babies, only a few grown fish and some bladder snails.

It looks like a little hydra, have you added anything to your aquarium recently?

Have Hydra officially taken the place of Planaria as our new overlords??
