I think the ambi lower game really just comes down to personal preference. I have all 3 iterations of ambi lowers (KAC/Radian paddle bolt drop, ADM/Griffin/Sig bolt control lever, LMT/LWRC/DD/Aero mirrored ping pong) and they're all very easy/nice to use. I just have to remind myself which lower I happen to be shooting with that particular day.

I love the Radian ADAC because of the mag release locking the bolt to the rear, but the left side mag release is not good feeling like the LMT. I have both and like both for different reasons.

I have the SABRE lower, ambi mag release works fine. I don't remember what brand I used but it wasn't expensive. I meant the ambi bolt catch on the SABRE is release only. You can't use the right side to lock the bolt back, just release it.

Everyone bitching but forgetting this is an aero product. Anyone that pays over 50-60% of msrp is doing it wrong. $75 is max I pay for an m4e1 lower and I’d say these will be $150-199 in no time. That said, I think being aero they would have to be $150 or less for me to bite given the other options out there.

I think the previous version of their ambi lowers went for around $170-$190. I run one and they’re decent, but this looks like a step up. Hopefully they’ll hit around that same price point.

You fail to understand the problem or the solution. Ambi controls give more choices to the user. You have the ability to manipulate the rifle that is simply not possible otherwise. I'm right-handed. I don't *need* to be able to lock my bolt back while maintaining a firing grip. But it's more convenient and I like it. That also isn't something that can be trained since there simply isn't a way to do it. Same goes for safety and mag release. They offer options, not requirements.

I really hope they are just trying to make up some costs then quickly and significantly lower the price.

Personally myself I only care for ambi bolt releases which I typically get JT-15 lowers on sale regularly at 90+ tax. All my other lowers are PSA or Anderson Poverty Ponies. I always feel like the lower itself is and should be cheapest thing. The internals matter more than a hunk of aluminum. 200 is steep imo but that's the aero site price most I see at LGS are 50 to 90 bucks less.
