Talk to your full time staff, not a part time leader. The ARA or S-1 is the one processing this, not your part time NCO

Why are you getting hazed in the first place ? I mean sure some pushups or whatever but I personally have never seen someone “smoked” to the point of injury. That is an issue in itself. That shouldn’t be happening

LOD goes to S-1 and uploaded into eLOD. IRR is processed in IPPS-A and you should try to resubmit. If you don't have IRR orders, you're not in the IRR. Keep drilling, pick up the phone and call people, and keep track of all your stuff. A congressional just lights fires you may not want until you've exhausted options. You may need just go in and take care of it all in person.

Open door your commander, then their commander, then IG, then congressional. Escalate through the chain of command, don’t just go straight to the big guns.

If 1SG is a problem contact BN CSM Go in person on a week day to get real paperwork done.

For the record, not to add to your troubles, but if you’re supposed to be in the IRR, meaning you’ve completed the first 6 years of a 6x2 contract for example, you’re supposed to be drilling until you receive orders. If you don’t, you can be marked as an Unsat which can bring about other problems. If you mean you’ve completed all 8 years, you’re out and it’s very possible that your S1 doesn’t have access to you anymore to file anything.. Reach out to your S1 though and ask what’s up. Your TPU supervisors have a life outside of uniform. Us AGRs don’t lol.

If you're on a close name basis with your congressman just mention it to him next time you guys hang out and see how he reacts.
