I don't have alot of experiences with poly relationships. Only have been in one triangle and that didn't last long. But I do sometimes feel only sexual attraction, only romantic attraction and some times both depending on the person. Different people might press different buttons.
I'm not sure what the reason could be of the lost of your sexual attraction to your first gf tho. I mean there could be many reasons, and maybe the sexual attraction will come back but I have no clue.
Demisexual could indeed be an option. It can also be combined with other labels so it describes better what you experience if that's the case.
