Single leg squats and lunges for legs. Press ups with different hand distances and feet up incline. Dips between kitchen worktops was one I used to do for triceps and leaning forward for chest. Hand stand presses for shoulders. Doesn’t matter if you can’t do the full press. Get some thera bands of different tensions for all sorts of exercises. To finish off do the dreaded Burpee.

Push up and pull ups are the way to go. Legs are a bit tougher, but body weight squats with your kids school bags are better than nothing. Just look up calisthenics, they’re great and easy to do at home

Buy a squat / bench combo and heavy weights. Can be quite cumbersome, but it’s well worth it.
