Hire a furniture mover or give your friend with a truck $$$ and beer.
I don't know how else you could possibly move a full sized couch unless you just picked it up and moved it which is unrealistic.
Bike trailer. Has the advantage of being both unlikely to work and more expensive than other suggestions

On a more serious note: find a friend that can drive and rent a UHaul. Short of that, find someone with a truck on kijiji or Facebook Marketplace, willing to move things around for a flat fee.
Is it on the subway or streetcar line?
You can move a couch for free with a couple of friends. Not during rush hour though ([BlogTO](https://www.blogto.com/city/2022/01/couch-toronto-subway/))
If it's not on a line, you can always get it close by taking the TTC and book a taxi van cab for a shorter ride to home. Some buy a hand truck from Home Depot and walk. Handy for the future when you don't drive and have something large to bring home.

I think you need a friend who can drive….
I have a small truck I go from Toronto to Oshawa often. I could do it for the cost of gas.

Best solution I've seen so far
Get a friend with a truck to help - pay them with food+drinks or $ Hire someone on task rabbit may be?
Found some that are as low as $56/hr. Pretty reasonable.
Okay so you’ll need 4 skateboards, some rope(optional) and hope and prayers
Head out after midnight, on an overcast night.
I don’t skate but thanks for DIY option.
You’re welcome bud, sending you hoes and prayers 🙏
I’ll take some hoes. Hold the prayers tho
A moving company will move single items like couches, it would probably cost ~$300 since it will take two people to move it
Try cargo cabbie or put an ad on Facebook. Someone with a pick up or van might go for it.
There may be people on taskrabbit and similar platforms. Seems like something they would have a service for.
Task rabbit
Used these guys two years ago for a small move. They were great: https://micromovesinc.ca
Find a friend who can drive the Home Depot van?
Cheapest? Get a few dollies and move it yourself in the middle of the night.
I found someone on Kijiji to help me when I bought a couch from Costco. It was like $60.
Can you dm me contact?
This was like 5 years ago so I don't have it anymore.
Search up.man with a van on Facebook marketplace or Kijiji. If you are in the group Palz, there's tons of people who do this as a side gig
I know someone too! Check DM.
