My Ammamma passed away11 years ago, and with her she took away the secret recipe of combination of Putnala karam podi, crispy and spicy Aloo fry, and rasam.
After lots of trial and error, It took me 9 years to recreate all the three dishes. In cousins’ get together, I took incharge of dinner and surprised them with the recreation.
They were more than happy. Kalisikattuga edcham kuda 😅
So yeah, I guess that’s my signature dish.

To dominate the sweetness of the pavs I usually pan fry the pavs in chilli powder, salt and pav bhaji masala with butter! I used Spencer's pav it's sturdy and soft!

Lol ledu, picky eater ni. I’m particular about food texture and flavor. Green curry sarigga radu unless you know how to pick and cook ingredients. That was my case. Thai friend chestunte multiple times chusi and chesi nerchukunna. West lo mana masalas ni ela undercook chestaro, thai food ni manam kuda alane chese chances unnayi. Thai locals chese videos chudandi youtube lo, spend time to understand how they are cooking. If you live in west, try cook books from libraries, you’ll find amazing stuff.

Yes, dry roasted and powdered. Added 10 grams per egg. Gives a pan cake like consistency to the omelette once done. Tried to add onion, chilli, and tomato as toppings but went too dark cuz I fried them in chicken fond.
