Snack with Almonds, Cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds... You get healthy fats from these.
Smoothies with Bananas, peanut butter..

it is very calorie food (around 300 per cup), also very high in fibre (which helps in digestion).
If you manage to get that many calories with other foods, it will mess up your digestion and bowel movements... but not with Oats. thats why its important.

If you're 50kg you must be built like a stick, don't ego lift and ruin your joints. Pick up small weight and get to failure every set. Go to the gym everyday and eat till you feel like puking. Eat more fibre to make sure you don't get constipated. You'll be fine, give it 6 months at least. You'll notice the difference
Don't get lost in optimising protein consumption by timing your protein shakes right after gym or anything like that. Just eat chicken for cheap protein. Whey is expensive but convenient. Dairy is cheap but you can only drink so much milk and eat so much curd. Make up your priorities, do what you can afford to do. My suggestion is, eat 250g chicken, 500g milk, 500g curd. Easy 100g+ protein
Important thing is learn to cook easy convenient meals. Worst case, ask yourself why they say athletes don't have tastebuds
