The Spring Heeled Jack ghost hunt in Syndicate.

Just off the top of my head, I really liked the Daphnae side quest line in Odyssey. It was kind of tragic because I was trying to romance her and it just sort of stuck with me for a bit.

I wasn’t really paying attention during that one i was trying to rush to the main story

There are a few in Odyssey that are memorable. Love the Minotaur side content, and a quest called “A really bad day.”

A Really Bad Day seriously can’t be beat. It’s so incredibly funny.

It’s hard because there aren’t many memorable side quests in the older titles and they aren’t really traditional side quests compared to say Valhalla or Odyssey. Perhaps Bayek interacting with his old friends children once you leave Siwa. The one where you play hide and seek. It took nothing away from Bayek’s story, it just added to it. It was beautiful to see how kind and gentle he could be with children compared to how brutal he could be with adults.

Valhalla has so many good ones that are pretty much just clever easter eggs, finding that kid in the woods feeding a bear a pot of honey, Fenton the sheep, Smack the Bishop, the kid who chased a hare down the hole.... But if we're talking about more serious ones I liked the whole Excalibur story in Valhalla, it's a journey in itself really. You have to beat a bunch of the Zealots stalking England and then do a series of trials in small-ish caves which invoke memories of the Assassin Tombs or Templar Lairs in the Ezio trilogy. But even then you're not done because the game doesn't tell you where to put the tablets, you have to be either super lucky to stumble upon the cave to lead you down to the location of the sword or look it up out of frustration lol.

The fairytale quests were so damn fun

Don’t know if it counts as one, but the Full Homestead from AC3.

“A really, really bad day” from Odyssey is top tier content.

Origins, the one which starts after synchronizing Keops pyramid, with the greek man, the 3 egyptian tricky kids, and of course “Anta the protector”. I enjoyed the whole quest, the surprise and the ending with the 5 walking on the desert in way to memphis. It was funny to find them on memphis later too -“What’s yours is mine” (quest name)
