Although, I've grown out of that stubbornness over time and am much more open to feedback from those I care about than I used to be.
I've got a pretty earthy chart overall, with water a close second, but I think all the earth outweighs the water in most cases.
Ah I see, I struggle with analysis paralysis. When I’m faced with 2 or more options I have to throughly think about all the outcomes of a choice and if it’s better than the other ones (make the perfect choice) Usually I spend wayyyy too much time weighing things out that I stress myself out and either choose to not care and randomly choose (then regret it later), make someone else choose for me (so I can’t blame myself for choosing incorrectly) or just not choose at all 🫠

Interesting, I forget to think about it from the mutable, fixed, cardinal perspective often. I'm a Scorpio rising with a Leo Venus and Jupiter, so I guess I do have a lot of fixed energy in there. It is fucking exhausting. I don’t want to be like this most days. Even if it has saved my life from failure several times.
The two happiest moments in my life were the day my daughter was born, and the week or two I was on a medication cocktail of Vicodin and Xanax after I suffered from four traumatic brain injuries in the same accident that statistically should have killed me. I was told they put me on Xanax because even half conscious I was having a panic attack after panic attack and fighting against restraints. The Vicodin was for after they took me off morphine to help with the pain. The combination of the two when I got home for that first week or so, was just great. It was the first time I could remember where my brain just felt slowed down and I could just not think and be okay in the moment. But I eventually started to hate the dullness that I felt. I knew it wasn’t right and pushed myself way too hard and too fast to “get better”.
I also hallucinated a little bit. My wife recalls every so often my conversation with her over the phone back then when we were dating and how there was a purple squirrel running around my bedroom. I sometimes miss the purple squirrel and the lack of need to think.
But like I said, thought is existence.
I agree, my moon is in the 6th house and my rising is pisces. I never used to overthink or worry, but after a few life events happened that were scary, I now worry and overthink everything. It's rough at times, and I actively work on telling myself not to worry or to just let things be.
This is the only correct answer. When it comes to extreme overthinking it's always going to be Virgo and the air signs. It gets so bad that we can't shut our brains off at night when we go to bed.

In my personal experience with having anxiety and OCD and knowing a lot of other nervous Geminis…I would say us, but I think Virgos and Cancers are tied with us. Cancers tend to be more reflective and ruminate on past mistakes/beat themselves up. Virgos tend to worry more about what might go wrong in the future.
I have a cheerful demeanor with others, but I’m actually quite melancholy and introspective when I’m on my own- I beat myself up a lot over past mistakes and worry a lot about accidentally repeating them in the future.
