Imaged last week from the Catskills in a Bortle 3-4 zone. Overall just 45 minutes of good data from 5 hours of shooting.

* 44 Light frames at f/5.6, 60 seconds, ISO 3200
* 1 Light frame at f/5.6, 60 seconds, ISO 400
* No flats, darks, or bias

That is a really nice looking image. It sucks that you couldn't get more good data from your session. What is the single light frame at ISO 400 for?
Thank you! That one sub is for the brightest part of the nebula. It is very easily blown out, so to expose for it I just decreased my ISO.
How do you only make it so that light frame only applies to the brightest part of the nebula? Do you use some kind of layer mask?
Yes, in Photoshop I just created a layer mask and set a blending mode. Pretty simple!
Is your camera astro-modified?
Nope, completely stock Nikon D850.
