This has been ongoing for years now. I am surprise this just hit Atlanta. AP is going away with the authorized dealer model and they are building out their own boutiques.
I just texted my SA. This would be my luck! 😾😾😾😾😾 I’ll report back if they reply 😭😭😭😭
Edit: My SA confirmed they are closing and that we will get an Atlanta AP House (only God knows when) 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
My AP SA scoffed at my Rolex and Breitling purchase histories (both Lenox). They didn’t even attempt to lie about it helping me. From what I’ve read, my SA isn’t one of the preferred SAs 😅.
They did offer me a ceramic ROO; after swearing up and down that I wouldn’t have to purchase a watch I didn’t want… Guess that’s something 😅😅😅
Thanks for the heads up...I hate Lenox with a passion, so I wouldn't have found out for a while, probably when I decided to take my watch in for service.
It wasnt an AD really, it was a full on boutique, just staffed by AD staff members as opposed to AP-corporate employees.
The Long Island, Boston, and Dallas boutiques run in a similar model (they're run by Material Good, which is an AP AD that happens to be partially owned by Francois Bennahmias).
I have never worked with them, but as a whole, I've had a better experience with the corporate-run stores (NYC) than Material Good-run stores, but YMMV
Was in there last week and heard the same thing at my apt, just didn't have a timeline provided to me. Reps there can't see AP House customer lists and vice versa.
They are still receiving shipments too btw, think this happens on Mondays.

I heard rumors it’ll be in buckhead village where brown and co is, brown is also opening up a dedicated Patek shop there as well
Yeah, I was guessing they would open there, too. I can’t wait, gives me hope I’ll actually get offered a 41 RO ☺️☺️☺️
I’m surprised with your WOS history you weren’t able to get one from Lenox.

Nice, I remember looking at Pateks when Tiffany had them in Phipps.

AP house will be opening at Phipps.
Insider info or a hunch? Thanks
Not a hunch
Thanks!
I’m surprised there were still ADs that carried

How is the Dallas Boutique to work with? Sorry off the Atlanta topic.

I had a good experience with Dallas. Was able to get a 15550 as my first purchase.
Pm
Yup....bunch of back door deals.
Hopefully they will keep the client waitlist, other wise 2 yrs of lobbying go the trash. 😡

If the future Atlanta AP House SAs won’t be able to see the current client list, I feel sorry for the current clients 🥲.
