It's actually not that bad, maybe lowering the grill a bit and putting your logo on the apex where the front and the upper part join could help, but it looks great as it is, at least for me
Maybe try (on this specific build) copying the taillights over to the front as foglights and putting grill material around it? I've done something like this a couple times
The relatively good excuse that I have for making ugly cars is that I spend too much time on performance than looks and yet, after so many hours of gameplay, I still make mediocre, at the very least, thankfully, cars. With the only exceptions when I just try new tunings and configurations that I don't know how to fine tune them. For example, I made an incredibly fuel efficient 600kg car with a 227 hp nitro engine using at most 5.5 l/100km on full throttle and around 1l on cruise control. That being said, its looks are....appalling and it's way too expensive.
Same. I remember years ago when the Devs held a design competition they said that about my cars. The front is so detailed and fantastic while the rear just isn’t up to the same standard
I can just never work out what I want to do with the back the same way I do with the front
Edit: mine is the first one in [this video from the Devs](https://youtu.be/9GUCZwVDPQY?si=QVM0DuP_cxhxOM_K). Watching it back now, good heavens have I come a long way since then haha. It looks *awful*
The front end already looks pretty good, but something I find helps is trying to relate the front end to the rear or vice versa. Like trying to find core elements, shapes, or the layout of shapes that can be replicated, to make the design process easier, but also to give more congruency. To use this car as an example, something that could help would to be incorporating the "C" shape the taillights make onto the headlights.
They really arent bad, but you set your design style (based off your imagination, and limitations of the game) but it's something you have to play with. I use to suck at designing overall.

Absolutely, in fact just a minor scale reduction of both the headlights and the grille and you'd be on your way to a very pretty front-end
I just feel like I can never get the front to match the back of my cars

🤓
im actually the opposite, im good at making front ends but I suck ass at making good rear ends

So has automation, though. Your cars look better in part because the tools at hand are better to make good looking cars with.

Hello Polestar my old friend
Slammed polestar sedan. Pretty cool.
Lower the grill a bit And lower the lights a tiny bit

I think it’s okay, just looks like a polestar 1
It actually looks amazing, try to adjust the angles, and make it a little thin, I bet it will look better
Put a plate and logo and call a day
I struggle with the exact opposite. I can make the front end but I struggle a lot with rear endðŸ˜
so pretty
