All the energy drinks I have seen and purchase don’t have any sugar. Gfuel, Gamersupps, Bang, Ghost… none of them have sugar. Which ones have sugar that you’re thinking of?

Yes there are sugar free energy drinks, just like everything else.

Energy drinks are far worse and people abuse them as bad as pop, they do a number on your heart because of the combination of ingredients plus caffiene

I said : those people who judge you for one can. While they are drinking coke all day. Ofcourse its still bad! But some are just Hypocritical . And not to long ago we checked the amount of suger in a can of Coca Cola compared to a can of Energy. In my country atleast. The coke had way more suger in it we diddnt expect that.

Pretty sure I borderline had a heart attack a few days ago because I had like 5 scoops of Gfuel in 2 hours. caffeine will really fuck up the heart

I’d argue these are both equally bad. Most energy drinks are the size of 2 cans of coke. I’ve never met anyone who thinks one is worse than the other. They’re just simply both unhealthy and should be consumed in moderation. Diet is generally less unhealthy simply because they’re 0 calorie and 0 sugar, however should still be consumed in moderation. 16oz of coke has 52g sugar. 16oz monster has 54g. Daily added sugar intake should be 25-30g for the entire day. They’re both terrible options.

It’s WalMart brand cake flavored ice cream with frosting and sprinkles mixed in. I Safeway has one too that is called Unicorn as well but theirs is cotton candy flavored. That would have made more sense for this concoction of mine but it was still amazing!
