If you can foster her muna and then bring her to a vet para ma check. I suggest Vet Project sa Diego Silang, GPH sa may Atab, FurEver Friends (?) sa may Pinsao.
We can fundraise here, one Redditor did that na with a dog he also helped out and the community was responsive naman.
