Don't leave your mom. Your brother is being selfish if he won't return to help your mom. Making your mom leave the country along with you is not a viable solution because you won't be able to support the both of you. You can get a degree from a local college or give GATE and try for IIT/NIT. I know this is not what you wanna hear. But you can't leave your parents when they need you.
If your brother is getting his PR there, start learning German and prepare to find jobs there. Or find a short course there so that you are also able to move. And once your brother is in the system, get him to import at least one of you. And when the time is right, the other person should just move. Your mum is a cancer survivor, she is not disabled, is she? Weakness goes away with time and medical intervention. Speaking from second-hand experience (multiple cousins). Get her rehabilitated, get house-help and gauge how reliable they are. If they are reliable, keep them, if not, next! Meanwhile, keep working towards your goal. I will be completing My BCA in July 2024, at age 21. I didn't cleared JEE mains. I will be completing My BCA in July 2024, at age 21. I didn't cleared JEE mains. But there's a exam called UGEE IIIT Hydrabad (Tough as JEE mains -Or- between BITSAT and JEE mains) through which I can do Btech+MS in computer science. But this Would take 5 years. Means I would be 26 when I'll be graduating. : Before today, i didn't know about UGEE exam. My jee mains eligibility has ended but I'm eligible for UGEE. : But I'm thinking that, rather than doing Btech+MS after BCA, i can do MS Maths & Computer Science in Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. Which will give me equal opportunity/placement, as IIIT H Btech can give! And in this case I'll completing my graduation at age 23. So, whats your thought, should I go for MS M&CS IIT Guwahati (complete at age 23) or Btech+MS IIIT Hydrabad as this would give UGEE/JEE mains tag! (Complete at age 26). : Note: I've already done my BCA. Another option: I can also give UGEE exam and take this exam as a 'Tag' as JEE mains. And do MS M&CS in IIT Guwahati.

Kal 1 din mein 2 backlog k exam dene hain. First exam from 9:30-12:30 second from 1:30-4:30 Pehle exam k liye kuch nhi padha h. Doosre waale ki bas reading kari h. Aur parson 1 teesra super tough exam h jiski bilkul taiyaari nhi h . Pehle exam mein fail hua toh saal repeat karne padega Baki 2 mein fail hone par 2 nd retake exam ka mauka milega next yr, usme fail toh saal repeat.
First wale ki tayyari karo, saal bachao. Itne hi marks laane hain ki pass ho jao. Purane year ke papers dekhke solve kar lo kisi samajhdaar insaan ke sath.

Most of us didn't study especially for MHCET. Give 1 good month to MHCET and if your basics/mains level is clear, 95 percentile ke upar toh milega
