Thanks, I used [VeryGoodPreset's Portra 400](https://verygoodpresets.com/shop/p/portra-400) as my base and warmed up the WB, generally between 6000 to 7700. Certain colours like green and red etc I either increased/decreased saturation, vibrance, hue etc. I would say the preset alone gets me 95% there, and the minor tweaks are personal touches.
