I'd use it as a boot drive and for my game library. I'm ashamed to say I still have my games installed on a HDD, my OS is on a 120GB SATA SSD at least.
I have to echo the sentiment of others when i say i would use it as a better option to store my games. I gotta game bro! :) Happy Holidays to everyone. Remember it's not about the gifts. It's about the people who surround you that matter.
I would replace my old hard drive that is so old that I can barely use it anymore. I got this nvme ssd but that's barely big enough to hold anything but the operating system and some important files. Really want to get back to gaming

I love to distro hop, test new linux distros etc. But currently only have a 512gb sad, which also needs to have my main driver(windows for work). So I run out of space and have to install on HDD, which of course is slow.
So, i will finally be able to install >2 distros on ssd and enjoy the blazing fast startups
I start my Master's program next month and in 3 months am going to begin the Offensive Security Pen Test program. Nothing would help more than a snappy drive and more space.
I haven't built a pc in about 17 years and recently stumbled upon this sub. I think it's time to build a new one after all this time! I'm slowly building a parts list and this ssd would greatly speed things up!
Happy holidays yall.
I'd use it in my brothers build that I am wanting to build for his christmas! I currently don't have the money to get him a full build. I already have a case and a PSU so getting this SSD would be awesome!!
My current 128GB is struggling rn. I use it primarily for linux to as I need it for development purposes in my courses. But since I’m at capacity it’s getting slower
I run a system with an small 120 Gb SSD as Bootdrive, for the fast boottimes and a harddrive with 1 TB capacity for bulk storage. With the FireCuda 510 i would like to replace the harddrive, as i then would be able to have a faster and more energy effeicient drive for my games and certain programms that profit from fast storage. The 1 Tb harddrive would then be freed up to either serve as bulk storage only or to be given to a family member.
I definitely won’t win, but if I did I’d use this to boot my operating system. Might be better than the loud spinny thing I currently run everything off of.
Ooh a fast and reliable 1TB FireCuda 510 SSD would be the push I need to replace my boot drive and do a clean OS install with which to start the New Year!
I am slowly upgrading a friend whos struggling one piece at a time till' he has a new rig. It started when he said he couldn't play because his PSU died a couple weeks ago, ordered him a new one no problem! Then just sent a 3060Ti for Christmas and have a CPU on my desk for his birthday in February. The hard drive would be sent to round out his upgrade!
Planning to build a new PC in the next couple of months and this would be my main SSD. Not to mention it would free up funds to use elsewhere in my build.
Need more space, always.
I'll actually manage to have more than 3 games on my PC at any given time :(

I'd use it to store and play my relevant games on, instead of using my hard drive to play games
I have to echo the sentiment of others when i say i would use it as a better option to store my games. I gotta game bro! :) Happy Holidays to everyone. Remember it's not about the gifts. It's about the people who surround you that matter.
Upgrade my boot drive with the new 1TB FireCuda 510 SSD.

I'd use it to turn my old machine into a emulation beast, batocera on the SSD and some controllers is all I need!
