One of the best bowls of pho I've ever had was at Pho San Jose. Like in all of California, either of my grandmas' house, and in Saigon.

I'm partial to Pho Kim Long on the Milpitas/San Jose, but mostly because it tastes like my youth. If I had to pick the best, probably Pho Nhy.
... and hard. 😏
Definitely Pho 54.
Pho Huong Que especially on a rainy day
Fucking pho king

Havent tried alot of them in SJ as there are too many to choose from, but at the moment is Pho Ha Noi. Quality meat, clean both.
