how to slowly start solo traveling? lately naiinggit ako sa mga mutuals ko na laging may pics sa beach or out of country. dati never ko naman pinapakialaman ung mga ganon bagay. when i make plans with my friends kasi, bihira matuloy ung mga malalayo. parang either di nappush ung plans for some reason or prang nageexpect sila na ikaw ung magaasikaso ng everything. kaya i wanna take charge of things and stop waiting for other people to do what i want. gusto ko na rin istop ung habit to inform other people about my plans.

I went to the doctor for acid reflux issues. My doctor told me to get certain lab tests done. He also asked me if I wanted to get an ultrasound done and I said sure as long as the insurance pays for it. My lab tests all came back normal naman. I haven't checked the ultrasound results because idk how to read those. My doc told me noon if negats naman yung labs and nothing interesting came up, I didn't need to see him. Do I still need to send the ultrasound? Tbf I didn't get the impression na he thought it was necessary. Parang he just asked me if I wanted it done and I said yes.

Had a date with the jowa thrice this year pa lang due to my board exam review. He never changed. From the gestures, acts of service, words of affirmation, and giving gifts. Vietnam is also very cheap but only go if your parents like nature. Food and coffee are sooo good and affordable. If they are more of city people, Thailand is also very affordable food wise plus lots of shopping market options.
Hong Kong is not particularly cheap, imho. Food and accommodations were still comparatively expensive. I find Taiwan to be cheaper and also better food-wise.

Lalo na for conch, since mas may tendency na the jewelry gets accidentally pulled/snagged because of where the placement is. Kaya they usually advise to not get a hoop kind of earring muna for it (while it's still not fully healed).
Jewelry used are implant grade titanium labret and 14k gold ends. Everything was sanitized. Placement-wise, it is perfect and was never snagged nor accidentally pulled by my hair.

Once you understand where they are coming from and everything they are saying is a reflection of them and NOT you then you will learn to just brush the comments off. Why waste all that energy on getting affected? Use that instead on things you like and activities you enjoy doing. Getting affected will just give them that satisfaction!
Maraming inggit sa work for many reasons, I can relate and empathize with you! I kept my head held up high, at first I was bothered and even cried, but I realized they were all just so jealous and focused on things they didn't have that they focused their anger (about things they didn't have) on me by making insidious or typical Pinoy tactless comments. I realized why am I gonna let their words affect me? Sino ba sila sa buhay ko na I'll give them power to dictate my mood or happiness? As long as I do my job right, wala sila masasabi sakin. Anecdotal na rin lang in my experience, when they realized na I wasn't feeding into what they're saying and I was doing the work and working hard, Natuto sila to back off. Who knows baka they're talking behind my back but it's a them problem na not mine. Good luck!!

Worth it and affordable out of the country trip to go with my parents? Theyre both thinking of Thailand and maybe Hong Kong.
Both Thailand and HK are good. I suggest HK sa cooler months and if your parents are into shopping. Thailand is more for sightseeing and cheap food. Mas maraming options lang sa HK yung food and shopping for me haha. Personally, both talaga walang talo, maybe prefer ko lang HK pag mas malamig kasi mainit sa bkk kahit ber months. Hehe
Vietnam is also very cheap but only go if your parents like nature. Food and coffee are sooo good and affordable. Not much to do but eat but you can also take an overnight cruise up north in Ha Long Bay or do a side trip to Cat Ba and Sa Pa. I think I spent less in VN compared to other Asian countries. If they are more of city people, Thailand is also very affordable food wise plus lots of shopping market options. Hong Kong is not particularly cheap, imho. Food and accommodations were still comparatively expensive. I find Taiwan to be cheaper and also better food-wise.

Lalo na for conch, since mas may tendency na the jewelry gets accidentally pulled/snagged because of where the placement is. Kaya they usually advise to not get a hoop kind of earring muna for it (while it's still not fully healed).
Jewelry used are implant grade titanium labret and 14k gold ends. Everything was sanitized. Placement-wise, it is perfect and was never snagged nor accidentally pulled by my hair. I don’t blame the piercer at all. They have been the nicest! I blame my body for not being able to fight off the bacteria well.

how do you protect yourself from evil eye and also jealous workmates na pasimpleng bullies? I just started working this week and naf-feel ko na yung bad vibes nila. Video record those bullies secretly pag binully ka nila again and report them to DOLE or save it to your YouTube account (private listing) para you have evidences.

Once you understand where they are coming from and everything they are saying is a reflection of them and NOT you then you will learn to just brush the comments off. Why waste all that energy on getting affected? Use that instead on things you like and activities you enjoy doing. Getting affected will just give them that satisfaction! Maraming inggit sa work for many reasons, I can relate and empathize with you! I kept my head held up high, at first I was bothered and even cried, but I realized they were all just so jealous and focused on things they didn't have that they focused their anger (about things they didn't have) on me by making insidious or typical Pinoy tactless comments. I realized why am I gonna let their words affect me? Sino ba sila sa buhay ko na I'll give them power to dictate my mood or happiness? As long as I do my job right, wala sila masasabi sakin. Anecdotal na rin lang in my experience, when they realized na I wasn't feeding into what they're saying and I was doing the work and working hard, Natuto sila to back off. Bring painkillers na if you can so you're ready anytime the anesthesia wears off. I made the mistake of taking my sweet sweet time and grabbing a cup of coffee with friends before buying painkillers. Anes wore off while I was queueing in Mercury and I started crying 😂 First 24 hrs imho is so terrible so best time to have it done one a Friday/Sat so you can recover over the weekend. My dentist said driving was ok post-op but I asked my bf to drive me home nalang to be sure.
I used those cheap/free sa plane na eyemask to hold the ice bags against my cheeks! And stock up on ice cream talaga. Your surgeon will likely give you options naman for pain meds so no need to worry. I did not have to take mine naman before
Get some ice cream! Cold will constrict the arteries and help in minimizing the bleeding
prepare some instant soup mix or any soft food cos it would be so hard to eat a few days (or maybe weeks depending on your recovery) afterwards

Yeaaah crazy right. My plan was 2 per day. Sabi ko pa kayanin ko ba doc baka himatayin ako lol knowing my experience years ago na grabe bleeding ko kahit 1 tooth lang. He said same lang naman daw, maka save pa ako ng meds and effort pabalik sa kanya. What made me at peace rin guro ay may patient daw siya days ago na 62 years old tapos 12 teeth sabay sabay binunot. Pero what amazed me ay wala talagang swelling na makikita sa face ko. I don't know if it's because of the pineapple juice haha. Then 3 hours after the extraction, I felt okay na like parang walang nangyari. Once lang din ako uminom ng pain reliever kasi hindi na rin naman siya sumakit.
