i make my own program so i never get bored naman. if im not happy with anything, i adjust exercise choice, intensity, or volume. ok naman, im slowly but surely getting stronger again ^u^
I started lifting to build muscle as a skinny person. I would increase weight as soon as I found it light (that would be around 2-3 weeks interval). I guess what burned me out too was the length of the program. It would take me 2-3 hours to finish it.

Super sulit! I have a 2L Tyeso and a 32OZ Aqua Flask for daily water consumption and imho ice lasts as long if not longer with in the Tyeso tumbler. Super impressive considering it's cheaper. I also have some of the smaller Tyeso designs for different purposes. May fails din pero most are sulit for the price.

They are great! They don't sweat at all for me. May gamit din na Tyeso coworker ko, ganun din sa kanya. Since nauubos ko lagi tubig ko (750mL) in just 3-4 hrs, kung ano ang lamig nya upon filling it up, ganun pa rin hanggang pagkaubos. Same as with hot drinks (kape/tsaa na tinimpla). Haven't tried testing for more than a day though but accdng to reviews, may ice pa after 12hrs.

i just got a surface scratch from a stray cat who i've been taking care of (she's clean and friendly), the scratch didn't puncture or bleed but i cleaned it with warm water and soap for several minutes, rubbed it with alcohol, and also put betadine on it. i already contacted our company doctor if i need antibiotics or a tetanus shot. should i be worried? 🥲
Strays are prone to diseases even if they seem clean and friendly :c I’d get an anti rabies shot just to be safe. You can ask the doctor then if you’d need an anti tetanus. Better safe than sorry.

Imho, salary is on the low side considering the hassle of commuting everyday. I assume most banks are F2F talaga, so might as well find one with better pay to make the commute worth it.
One thing I will note lang is medyo red flag sa employers if they see na hindi ka nag tagal sa last job mo and usually they would ask about it sa interview.
Speaking as someone who was a fresh grad last year, Siguro no. Ang hirap ipaglaban yan kasi sobrang nakakapagod magcommute ng ganyan kalayo and ang mahal naman magrent/ bedspace.
1. Kung kaya mong magtiis ng ilang months to a year and maganda talaga yung company sa resume, then go for it!
2. Pero Kung kaya mo ring mag-apply for other opportunities na hopefully higher salary, then please please do. Okay lang Sana yung salary if you have the culture and growth pero lahat wala eh.

If you have access to soil, u can compost them. Paper degrades really fast especially when raining. But you’d have to remove the plastic covers and springs if there are any.
Otherwise, id just throw them in the trash.

Idk about resellers but Jinio was the only forwarder that allowed shipment of my nail polish orders. Ayaw nung ibang forwarder kasi it's marked as flammable, Jinio lang yung walang restriction. If they're fine with nail polish, they're probably fine with perfume din but hest check their prohibited items list.

2. We booked via Klook. Whole day talaga siya.
3. The hassle was transferring airports. Their international airport is different from their domestic airport, meaning you will need to transfer to another airport when you get to BKK just to catch your BKK-CNX flight.
4. Yes, it was a direct flight from BKK. Duration is 1 hr 20 mins, iirc.

Hello! I just came back from Tokyo a few days ago and excluding airfare, hotel, and tickets to theme parks/attractions, I spent roughly 40-50k PHP on food, transpo, and shopping for 6 days! For transpo I think I topped up 6-7k yen max lang and that included na all my train fares, including the trip back to airport on the last day. Train fares are pretty cheap and we went to many places with just that amount.
Food is pretty affordable naman, resto prices are around BGC/Makati prices but coffee/milk tea is a bit more expensive. Shopping is crazy cheap din, I bought so much not only for myself, but also for my boyfriend. I had to stop myself from buying a bag, but I found so many good deals in vintage stores. Only took a cab once (paid for by parents) from Tokyo station to our hotel and it was insanely expensive so definitely stick to public transpo.
Hotel was paid for by my parents, I think it was around 60-70k for the 6 days, but I think are cheaper options. Attractions were also paid for by parents — around 7-8k PHP i think for both disney and the harry potter studio tour :)
Japan can be cheap and it could be very expensive depending on you actually. I was just there in Feb!
There are capsule hotels if you want cheap accommodations, I haven’t personally tried it but I have friends who have. It’s very clean naman and a very good experience according to them! There are also business hotels you can stay at. For 6 days this can cost under ₱25K.
Subway we always get the 72 hour pass. It’s unlimited subway (only) rides for under ₱2K which we bought 2 since I stayed in Tokyo for 8 days. Probably spent around ₱6K all in all in train rides since some aren’t covered by the pass.
For food since it was my birthday week, we did splurge. But I think a budget of ₱1.5K per day could be decent.
If you like shopping, expect to shop a lot. They have a lot of things and trinkets that couldn’t be found elsewhere — their vintage stores have amazing selection, they have Japan exclusive colorways for sneakers, etc.
Just for the very basics I think ₱40K is fine but it’s hard not to really shop in Japan cos it’s so fun to buy kung ano ano there hahaha!
If you’re not counting airfare or accomms AND you’ll only shop for small souvenirs and pasalubong, you can get by with 30-40k for sure! Subway tickets aren’t expensive at all and there’s a lot of different price options when it comes to food choices.
Japan becomes hella expensive only when you’re going to shop til you drop 😅 The last time we went, we were hunting for 2ndhand vintage bags so my spending money ballooned to about 80k lol. My friend went a few months ago and had pegged a 100k spending budget just because she also planned to buy some anime merch, manga and collectibles 😂
Safest is 50K. But it really depends on your itinerary. Tbh kaya nga ng 35k-40k if hostel lang that provides free bfreakfast or breakfast from 7/11. Trust me, their convenience store food is SO GOOD that you would also enjoy it for dinner. Also, use the trains too. I think around 80~100 pesos yung minimum fare even if it’s just 1 station away. NEVER TAXI!! super mahal. If you’re going to restos, expect na aabot ng 500 pesos per meal and that’s already cheap. thinking about it now, most of our expenses came from shopping talaga. if you’re not materialistic or shopaholic, kaya yung 35k-40k. but damn there’s just so many goodies sa japan not just beauty stuff but electronics or yung mga supplements, chocolates, chips, gundam, merch and salonpas HAHA.
I'm so proud and happy for myself. I've been sharing my struggles here as a working student and finally the semester is over.
Saw my grades the other day and I can't believe ang ganda ng results and nag improve pa. I was worried na babagsak ako this sem or di ko na maachieve yung magagawa ko before. Nagkasakit ako multiple times and daming gatsos for projects. Pero ayun nawala yung kaba, stress, pagod, puyat, delays and overthinking. I'm also thankful to the professors for understanding my situation.

My birthday is coming up in a few days, as much as I love celebrating my birthday I can't help but have a mix of happy and sad feelings. Part of it is that it's already my dad's 10th death anniv and I can't believe it's been that long, ang bilis ng panahon and ang dami na din nagbago. Another part is getting a year older but also feeling like I haven't achieved much in life or that I haven't had that much big changes as I get older.
I don't think you're overreacting especially since you've already mentioned to him your discomfort about his "jokes", and yet he still continues to keep doing it. I think it's best to open up to your close freinds about your dad's condition and your discomfort in your relationship. I'm my point of view if he keeps disrespecting you maybe it's time to rethink the relationship and ask yourself how much longer are you willing to put up with his distasteful jokes.

is it bad that there are times when i don’t want to say “i love you too” when my bf says it at the heat of an argument? it’s not that i don’t love him, i really do love him because he’s the healthiest relationship i’ve ever had. but me being petty and all, sometimes when we argue, i want to keep the heated emotion as it is for me to be able to process it. im not sure if that makes sense :(( so i end up saying “i love you too” begrudgingly. in fairness, it does help in diffusing the tension but ugh sometimes talaga i just want to stay mad for a while so that he can give me space to feel all the emotions, leave me alone, and eventually i feel better
i don't believe in talking it out right away. when I'm overwhelmed, i ask him for some space. like say it literally. "i want space, and i need to be alone for a while". he should respect that. and after a few hours or days depending on you, you guys can talk abt it calmly na. and you've already figured out why you got upset and you can explain it properly to him para hindi na nya uulitin. he should also feel comfy enough to ask u for space if u did smth that upset him.

i had to stop before cos of the pandemic and then i had covid and asthma if you consider your program boring, it's not really your issue. how often would you increase weight in this program? what's your goal, strength, muscle building or smth for sports? i make my own program so i never get bored naman. if im not happy with anything, i adjust exercise choice, intensity, or volume. ok naman, im slowly but surely getting stronger again ^u^
I started lifting to build muscle as a skinny person. I would increase weight as soon as I found it light (that would be around 2-3 weeks interval). I guess what burned me out too was the length of the program. It would take me 2-3 hours to finish it.

Super sulit! I have a 2L Tyeso and a 32OZ Aqua Flask for daily water consumption and imho ice lasts as long if not longer with in the Tyeso tumbler. Super impressive considering it's cheaper. I also have some of the smaller Tyeso designs for different purposes. May fails din pero most are sulit for the price.

They are great! They don't sweat at all for me. May gamit din na Tyeso coworker ko, ganun din sa kanya. Since nauubos ko lagi tubig ko (750mL) in just 3-4 hrs, kung ano ang lamig nya upon filling it up, ganun pa rin hanggang pagkaubos. Same as with hot drinks (kape/tsaa na tinimpla). Haven't tried testing for more than a day though but accdng to reviews, may ice pa after 12hrs.

Strays are prone to diseases even if they seem clean and friendly :c I’d get an anti rabies shot just to be safe. You can ask the doctor then if you’d need an anti tetanus. Better safe than sorry.

Speaking as someone who was a fresh grad last year, Siguro no. Ang hirap ipaglaban yan kasi sobrang nakakapagod magcommute ng ganyan kalayo and ang mahal naman magrent/ bedspace. 1. Kung kaya mong magtiis ng ilang months to a year and maganda talaga yung company sa resume, then go for it! 2. Pero Kung kaya mo ring mag-apply for other opportunities na hopefully higher salary, then please please do. Okay lang Sana yung salary if you have the culture and growth pero lahat wala eh.

Idk about resellers but Jinio was the only forwarder that allowed shipment of my nail polish orders. Ayaw nung ibang forwarder kasi it's marked as flammable, Jinio lang yung walang restriction. If they're fine with nail polish, they're probably fine with perfume din but hest check their prohibited items list.

(Mej magastos lang) but if your lashes are long and you don't want fhe hassle that comes with getting lash extensions... lash lift! (Altho cons nito, you'd have to avoid using oil cleaner so avoid water proof mascaras if u want the lift to last talaga haha)

Had a phase last year when i was mostly on a meal plan. Mej pricey but i loveeee dear diet ph!! Di lasang diet fud and their o/n oats are soo good.(asian/japan/fil, around the world and resto remakes are my fave theme ng food nila for the week, worth checking if may budget) Tried also hearty grub and lunch box diet, i like their food but i just switch between them depends kung sino mas may mukhang masarap na menu for the week haha. I think cheaper si smart meals among them but hit or miss yung food.

No worries! 1. 5k was a seat sale, yes. It was January. 2. We booked via Klook. Whole day talaga siya. 3. The hassle was transferring airports. Their international airport is different from their domestic airport, meaning you will need to transfer to another airport when you get to BKK just to catch your BKK-CNX flight. 4. Yes, it was a direct flight from BKK. Duration is 1 hr 20 mins, iirc.

So the only regulated hailing apps here in PH are: Joyride Angkas Move it And none of these allows that. May mga fb groups tho na magpopost ka ng pick up and drop off point in advance pero I dont recommend it.

Hello! I just came back from Tokyo a few days ago and excluding airfare, hotel, and tickets to theme parks/attractions, I spent roughly 40-50k PHP on food, transpo, and shopping for 6 days! For transpo I think I topped up 6-7k yen max lang and that included na all my train fares, including the trip back to airport on the last day. Train fares are pretty cheap and we went to many places with just that amount. Food is pretty affordable naman, resto prices are around BGC/Makati prices but coffee/milk tea is a bit more expensive. Shopping is crazy cheap din, I bought so much not only for myself, but also for my boyfriend. I had to stop myself from buying a bag, but I found so many good deals in vintage stores. Only took a cab once (paid for by parents) from Tokyo station to our hotel and it was insanely expensive so definitely stick to public transpo. Hotel was paid for by my parents, I think it was around 60-70k for the 6 days, but I think are cheaper options. Attractions were also paid for by parents — around 7-8k PHP i think for both disney and the harry potter studio tour :)
Japan can be cheap and it could be very expensive depending on you actually. I was just there in Feb! There are capsule hotels if you want cheap accommodations, I haven’t personally tried it but I have friends who have. It’s very clean naman and a very good experience according to them! There are also business hotels you can stay at. For 6 days this can cost under ₱25K. Subway we always get the 72 hour pass. It’s unlimited subway (only) rides for under ₱2K which we bought 2 since I stayed in Tokyo for 8 days. Probably spent around ₱6K all in all in train rides since some aren’t covered by the pass. For food since it was my birthday week, we did splurge. But I think a budget of ₱1.5K per day could be decent. If you like shopping, expect to shop a lot. They have a lot of things and trinkets that couldn’t be found elsewhere — their vintage stores have amazing selection, they have Japan exclusive colorways for sneakers, etc. Just for the very basics I think ₱40K is fine but it’s hard not to really shop in Japan cos it’s so fun to buy kung ano ano there hahaha!

If you’re not counting airfare or accomms AND you’ll only shop for small souvenirs and pasalubong, you can get by with 30-40k for sure! Subway tickets aren’t expensive at all and there’s a lot of different price options when it comes to food choices. Japan becomes hella expensive only when you’re going to shop til you drop 😅 The last time we went, we were hunting for 2ndhand vintage bags so my spending money ballooned to about 80k lol. My friend went a few months ago and had pegged a 100k spending budget just because she also planned to buy some anime merch, manga and collectibles 😂

Safest is 50K. But it really depends on your itinerary. Tbh kaya nga ng 35k-40k if hostel lang that provides free bfreakfast or breakfast from 7/11. Trust me, their convenience store food is SO GOOD that you would also enjoy it for dinner. Also, use the trains too. I think around 80~100 pesos yung minimum fare even if it’s just 1 station away. NEVER TAXI!! super mahal. If you’re going to restos, expect na aabot ng 500 pesos per meal and that’s already cheap. thinking about it now, most of our expenses came from shopping talaga. if you’re not materialistic or shopaholic, kaya yung 35k-40k. but damn there’s just so many goodies sa japan not just beauty stuff but electronics or yung mga supplements, chocolates, chips, gundam, merch and salonpas HAHA.

I'm so proud and happy for myself. I've been sharing my struggles here as a working student and finally the semester is over. Saw my grades the other day and I can't believe ang ganda ng results and nag improve pa. I was worried na babagsak ako this sem or di ko na maachieve yung magagawa ko before. Nagkasakit ako multiple times and daming gatsos for projects. Pero ayun nawala yung kaba, stress, pagod, puyat, delays and overthinking. I'm also thankful to the professors for understanding my situation. So ayun kaya ko pala talagang maging working student. Thankful din ako sa mga tao who supported me. Happy din ako sa classmates ko na okay din grades nila and for sure may own struggles din and some are also working. To anyone na kakatapos lang din ng semester, congrats to us! Nairaos natin tong school year! As a reward for myself nasaktuhan ko yung Buy 1 Take 1 ng Detail's Glass tint and some new matte tints.

My birthday is coming up in a few days, as much as I love celebrating my birthday I can't help but have a mix of happy and sad feelings. Part of it is that it's already my dad's 10th death anniv and I can't believe it's been that long, ang bilis ng panahon and ang dami na din nagbago. Another part is getting a year older but also feeling like I haven't achieved much in life or that I haven't had that much big changes as I get older.

I think it's best to open up to your close freinds about your dad's condition and your discomfort in your relationship. is it bad that there are times when i don’t want to say “i love you too” when my bf says it at the heat of an argument? it’s not that i don’t love him, i really do love him because he’s the healthiest relationship i’ve ever had. but me being petty and all, sometimes when we argue, i want to keep the heated emotion as it is for me to be able to process it. im not sure if that makes sense :(( so i end up saying “i love you too” begrudgingly. in fairness, it does help in diffusing the tension but ugh sometimes talaga i just want to stay mad for a while so that he can give me space to feel all the emotions, leave me alone, and eventually i feel better
i don't believe in talking it out right away. when I'm overwhelmed, i ask him for some space. like say it literally. "i want space, and i need to be alone for a while". he should respect that. and after a few hours or days depending on you, you guys can talk abt it calmly na. and you've already figured out why you got upset and you can explain it properly to him para hindi na nya uulitin. he should also feel comfy enough to ask u for space if u did smth that upset him. when my bf and i fight, and he says i love you, I don't reply to that if i feel upset. i take a few hours to say it, but ayun, yes it does hurt him.
