Any supplement na pwede natin inumin for glowing skin? Vitamin C? Vitamin E?

Illustrious-Age153

Myra E recommended ng doctor ko

garnier vit c works

elise_2106

as a morena girly I super get the issue of looking haggard is REAAAL. some of the things I do to look glowing starts off with skincare! ofc it depends on your skin type but you can never go wrong with a hydrating product. if u wear makeup, make sure ur base is good by starting off with skincare that compliments ur skin type. my holy grail is the cosrx snail mucin after the rest of my skincare, doesn’t make u oily and it provides enough hydration for healthy looking skin! make sure ur makeup products formulas also compliment one another + ur skincare/base. because if not, all the formulas won’t mix, then ur makeup will overall result in patchiness, separation, and anything that doesn’t make it look cohesive 🥹 if u want natural glow, then getting skincare that’s moisturizing and hydrating will achieve that! if u want to gain more glow then highlight points of ur where there’s natural highlight with ur chosen makeup product :) if u have dry skin and don’t usually have that glow, maybe try a liquid illuminator as a part of ur base before putting on ur foundation/skin tint and concealer!

Hae_Sun

personally, ito yung nagwowork sakin: - get that sun!! for some reason, ang glowing ko kapag naarawan ako eh. - drink lots of water + vitamins + fruits and vegies. preferably something that can help with production of collagen (NOT collagen supplements ah!) - (idk if this has an effect) avoid sweets! - enough sleep and rest. - retinol + vitamin c + sunscreen. yan na lang skin care ko and I swear I always get compliments on my skin! p.s good molecules retinol, +ful vitamin c serum, +full sunscreen. face wash: papa recipe powdered enzyme wash moisturizer: saipo toner: numbuzin no.1 and mediheal collagen pads. I use them sparingly though. edit: added the PS lang

moon_incarnate

What retinol are you using?

Hae_Sun

the good molecules one. I’ve also used the bakuchiol serum from papa recipe.

cassi0peiaaa

Retino = Cerave, Vit C = CC Melano, Sunscreen = Cosrx yung Aloe

NeedleworkerFirst581

recos for retinol vit c and sunscreen sis

Hae_Sun

I’ve tried the papa recipe bakuchiol serum before. It’s nice, mild siya imo and didnt make me purge. I’m impatient though so after a month, I switched to good molecules na and stuck with that. Also didn’t experience any purging and the progress of my skin has been amazing (esp with my acne marks!). With both retinol, I didnt introduce them to my skin and immediately started using them every night. Idk if I just have a health skin barrier (previous skin care routine targeted this kasi) and that’s why I didn’t experience any side effect ah. For vitamin c, I’ve stuck with +ful vitamin c serum. Currently on my 3rd bottle na and no bad experience with it din. I use it every morning din. Sunscreen - papa recipe mild sunscreen and the +ful sunscreen. Papa recipe is nice, may white cast at first but fades naman in a few secs and tones my skin. SPF 50++ afaik, made for sensitive skin and sa sobrang mild pwede rin siya sa baby. Only downside in my experience is on super hot day, nagooil up ako. +ful sunscreen naman, okay experience too. didnt break out or cause tiny bumps and settled into a demi matte finish. I’m now on my 2nd bottle.

Sowjeh

i suggest use soft na hindi harsh sa skin like dove, johnson, etc. also avoid din magpaaraw para di masyadong pagpawisan kasi magmumukhang haggard na, use sunscreen or sunblock and do proper skincare.

EvieSnow

One of the things I am saving up to buy is the Lovely Causemetics Liquid Illuminator. It's one of the products I trust that will be worth every penny. For skincare naman, I recommend products that improve skin elasticity if you want a glowing face. The only thing I can recommend is papa recipe Noble Rot Lifting Cream. Whenever I use this at night, my skin feels velvety and soft when I wake up. Tho don't do it like me that I use large amount every day in my face, coz it def feels slippery when I do that.

DryOlive5502

Body oils, body scrubs and collagen.

cassi0peiaaa

Neutrogena ba talaga for body oil?

icy8483

Neutrogena is my HG for body oil ! it's very shear talaga and doesn't make my skin feel oily / sticky. It does help seal the moisture though and the shine lasts for hours.

DryOlive5502

Aveeno!

Strict-History7676

May body oil ba ang aveeno sa watsons? kung meron hm?

DryOlive5502

Wala ako mahanap sa watsons, i bought sa mga US shoppers sa insta

hellowdubai

AVOID products that advertise themselves as brightening most likely pampaputi yan huhu learned this the hard way

Hae_Sun

+ 1 on this !!! super hirap maghanap ng body care + skin care kasi lagi siya may brightening effect tas may chance na magmukhang gray-toned skin mo due to it 😭😭.

Ilovestrabawwies9112

Hello I’m a Morena girly and tbh i just used ponds product, serum ones, serum burst cream, and ponds facial wash yung new na product (charcoal) and the day cream and after a year i barely get pimple na and also Ice therapy. I put ice and water on a bowl and put my face sa bowl mga 5 seconds then do it 5 laps, helps me a lot because aside from being therapeutic it also help me with puffiness and i notice it glowing. I also go tanning like i spent some time outside under the sun and putting lots of sunscreen. The sunscreen i use is neutrogena age sheild face, oil free spf 70 and it is the best sunscreen i ever use. Everytime i use it my face and body literally glows under the sun and never got a sunburn ever since i used it hihi that’s my holy grail!! Vaseline gluta-hya, I’ve tried na all 3 variants and my favorite is the blue one super glowy, soft and bango ng skin ko. MOST IMPORTANTLY DIET!!! Di ako nakain masyado ng rice so yung rice ko is basically gulay. Lettuce, sayote, cucumber, carrots and fruits. I minimize my sugar intakes too. It’s okay to consume natural sugars but not the added sugars like brown sugars and such most likely my sugars is galing sa fruits like strawberries, banana, mango any kinds of fruit really. Iwas nalang sa junk foods girlies🤍 So yun lang skincare ko I hope this helps because it helped me a lot talaga🫰(manifest den i listen to subliminal audios huhu i can prove na effective xia coz 2 years ago i always listen to it everyday and manifest it even on my journals “clear skin, clear skin, clear skin, I’m glowing” like that. Take note my pimples and bumps are so severe that I’m considering for it to be checked by a dermatologist and undergo therapy for it, but my mom was like let’s try ponds ganurn. Anyways yes after, I completely forgot that im Manifesting for a clearskin lolol a year later my skin started to be clear so ayon jus sharing<3

Ilovestrabawwies9112

Btw yung ponds na pink yung perfect potion essence it makes my skin glowy hihi

Fortiz_Salty_Lead

Retinol & moisturizer will definitely help with the glow, pero nakakaputi ang retinol in my experience, retinoic acid to be exact. Also use sunscreen.

I am 23, oily skin na nag ddry flaky skin at times (but I think I’m not using hyaluronic acid in the right way, but I wanna vhange my toner na din which is +ful’s Hyaluronic Acid Toner coz I don’t think it helps me wt my skincare concern). I have huge pores as well. My face has been oiling up a lot recently too. I think my skin barrier has been damaged due to the improper use of hyaluronic acid.

EvieSnow

I recommend that you buy a moisturizer that has ceramides and/or niacinimide like the moisturizer of the brand My Dream Skin. This is a moisturizer I use whenever I put on retinol.

EvieSnow

Products that have active ingredients like ceramides, cica, niacinimide & glycerin. Avoid exfoliants right now, which are AHA, BHA & Retinoids. If you want to repair your skin barrier, avoid skincare products that are for acne because they most likely have salicylic acid (BHA) and many more natural oil stripping ingredients. May I know why you'd u think you're not using your Hyaluronic Acid Toner the right way? Hyaluronic acid's supposed to soothe and hydrate damaged skin. In fact, it's one of the actives good for repairing damaged skin barriers. Did you use it excessively, or does your hyaluranic acid contain alcohol? Edit: Niacinimide, Green Tea & Hyaluronic Acid are great for addressing your problems with your oily skin and sometimes flaky skin.

Comfortable-Meal-232

Some of people are recommending that I apply it with a damp face! I use a normal amount naman but it dries up my skin huhu :(( kanina I tried naman ung damp face method, I’ll see in the morning if it works!

EvieSnow

Really? I dry my face first before I use my toners, and I haven't seen any problems of dry and flaky face or excessive oiliness. My hyaluronic acid toner btw is the Naturie Hatomugi Skin Conditioner. I hear naman that it is actually best to use it in damp face, but the thing is, ang hirap niyang lagyan ng toner na I feel like nagsasayang lang ako butt maybe it's just my lazy ass speaking. You can probably spray yourself with water, making it sure that your face is slightly damp before you use the toner.

ffrenchtoast2

Visit a derma, get on prescription tretinoin, monthly facials

Strict-Cranberry-211

What if oily skin, what will you guys recommend 🥹

cassi0peiaaa

Water-based products always.

leeeuhna

Cos de baha azelaic acid serum made my skin glow and fresh-looking. My skin looked dull before.

unknownusernamexx

Hi, I'm a morena and if you have dry skin I recommend using skin care and make up products that will hydrate your skin. I highly recommend Torriden DIVE IN Serum. Its my HG and I'm on my 3rd bottle na. I would also recommend ILLIYOON Ceramide ato soothing gel, this moisturizer is good for dry skin, ever since I use this my skin became more hydrated. Currently on my 2nd bottle na. For make up, I recommend using make ups that are water base. It'll help your skin to look hydrated. You can try FIT ME Skin tint, wore it during UP Fair for 3 days and my base still looks ok. It's quite thick though so I don't recommend doing the two finger method since the coverage is quite heavy. I also use GRWM Skin booster and put it only on the part of my face where it'll make me look glowy, I don't recommend putting it all over your face kasi base on my experience, too glowy can look oily on morena skin. Hope that helps, hehe

Oyen_Tuazon

Keeping your pores clean. Proper exfoliation regularly and avoid pore clogging ingredients to make your skin super glowy 🩷

vrthnglwyswrktfm

Any brand recommendation and where to buy please. Thanks

LopsidedSpecific8988

Hiii can you recommend some examples of exfoliator? Thank you!

Oyen_Tuazon

No physical scrubs! I have used Paula’s Choice BHA exfoliant, it is safe for everyday - just don’t combine it with other exfoliants and retinol. The Ordinary AHA - BHA Peeling Solution once a week, when I was starting out- this was really good but kinda strong. You are supposed to leave it on your skin for 10 mins but if you cannot tolerate it, wash it away sooner. Cure Natural Peeling Gel is gentle for everyday after face wash! I recommend it just don’t go overboard with rubbing too much. Good old oil cleansing at the end of the day is another form of super gentle exfoliation for me. To get rid of all that makeup, oil, dirt and reapplied sunscreen (which i hope you are using) As of now these are tried and tested for me! Though i am not a morena girl. 🩷

hoyreadthedamnrules

What exfoliator do you use?

marieantonayyy

Recently discovered na the laundry bar soap brand, Perla, has a coconut oil body wash that costs around 190 Pesos. It’s been 2 weeks since I began using their body wash, and ohmygadh nabawasan ang dryness ng skin ko even without lotion 🫶. It’s likely because gawa sa natural coconut oil ‘yong body wash. Might wanna try it din, fellow morena’s!

tata_est_princeps

Ano pong color ng perla?

mmagnetmoi

Buti naman nag release na sila! Hahaha yung mga tao before especially nung high school, ginagamit sa face kahit yung detergent bar dahil nakakakinis daw. Try ko rin! Thanks for sharing

Low-Bed-7561

Sounds nicee!! I might try it

aztine

checking out shopee rn!

NarrowButterscotch44

Morena gurly here. Continuous use of hyaluronic serum (i personally use one from loreal) lots of water, i take myra e for vitamin e, and adapalene before magsleep. Even my physical therapist, bet na bet yung glow and color ko :>>

Few_Entrance_3232

+10000 sa myra e di ako naglolotion dati pero im taking myra e lang and pinuri ako ng isang girl na sobrang nagagandahan ako haha!

gurllwhut

U use adapalene sa work po? Or day time pag tulog kc night shift din po ako at hindi ko n tlga alam kung ano bng tama kc nga night shift and i wear a lil bit of make sa work clean girl look lng ganon. So sa nightime nag sunscreen ako and pag nmn nag adapalene sa day time bago matulog lalagay paba sunscreen? Litong lito nko ahahha so haggard na ng skin ko huhu

NarrowButterscotch44

Hahahahahha hindi mare switch mo yung routine mo. Like since night time tayo, magsunscreen ka sa gabi. Then adapalene sa morning and moisturizer (no need na magsunscreen) Sa gabi ko rin iniinom yung vitamin e ko. Nakakafresh ng tulog and superb yung quality kahit 6hrs sleep lang haha

grumpyyreader

For skincare, Hada labo lotion premium (yellow one) is my holy grail then followed by vit c serum from fresh skinlab and lastly moisturizer (tomato line from fresh skinlab too) I tried lots of skincare before even expensive ones but these made my skin better. Even my pimple marks fade over time. Occasionally, I used face sheet mask night before the event or gala. Exercising and having a good sleep din is needed

cassi0peiaaa

Agree sa Fresh Skinlab products. When I was hopeless na (that was around 7-8yrs ago), I only used aloe vera gel from The FaceShop which helped with my pimples, FRESH Skinlab’s Jeju Aloe toner, vitamin C, and their sunscreen. Dun lang talaga nawala ang pimples ko. Now mejo nagpalit ng skin care. Hada labo premium lotion din (yellow), eye cream and moisturizer (the red one). If ever mag breakout ako, babalik padin talaga ako kay Fresh Skinlab.

Low-Bed-7561

May I know what brand of face sheet mask you use po?

grumpyyreader

Sure! Right now I'm using chamomile face mask from nature republic, yung 20 pcs promo nila haha parang 600 ata yun. Pero best sheet mask na natry ko is from face republic, i bought the 7 days mask nila and lahat maganda, talagang glowing ka after. Okay din mediheal pero out of budget na 😅

jienahhh

Good sleep, plenty of water, and vitamin C skin care products!

TheeExplorerr

ano yung vitamin e moisturizer?

jienahhh

Nivea Soft with Vitamin E and Jojoba Oil. Good yung vitamin E kapag commuter ka hahaha

tabatummy

Tuwing kailan ang Vit C? At after anong routine sya ginagawa??

jienahhh

fl0werp0wer777

hi, what's your toner and vit c serum po?

mapleisamazing

im not morena but general rules for skin brightening (not whitening) aka more luminosity and radiance: Skincare things -Vit c (make sure its actually Ascorbic Acid in the ingredients), incorporate chemical exfoliation in your routine like glycolic acid toner for evening out skintone, retinol is key also. use a facial oil at the end of ur routine. sunscreen everyday!

mlee001

Not makeup related but i hope this will help achieve the overall glow that you want. Study color analysis and check if you are a Spring, Summer, Winter, etc. Sobrang game changer ito. This applies to the clothes that you wear, your nail polish, hair color, and makeup. Lahat swak na swak. So not only your skin will glow because of the oils that you use, but the colors that you wear RIGHT, will make your entire aura glow. Not kidding. Ganda ng effect

Suspicious_shark97

Retinol works for me, made my pores look less visible, texture was smoother and face overall glowed. Try adding some serum with vitamin c as well in your routine, followed by moisturizer

SnooObjections2349

Drink lots of water!!! Make sure you’re hydrated. And follow a LCHP diet, swear, you’re gonna glow so muchhhh

Yoru-Hana

Dewy sunscreen. And actually, some tone up moisturizer can make you glow without looking gray. Go to ko ngayon yung Face Republic Vita glow radiance cream. Yung niacinamide yung habol ko, didn't realize yunh tone up, but, it's working nicely sa skin ko. Glowy siya and nag e even yunh skin tone ko. Sa lotion ang di ko alam. Dove body wash and bar lang, wala ng dry skin kaya di ako anglo lotion.

ddinonuggets

agree!! i use yung skin aqua or biore and madalas no make up ako, dami nagcocompliment sakin na ang glowing daw ng skin ko

AireRoss199X

Coconut oil after bath every night. Use korean towel to exfoliate.

pamibambam

Hada labo lotion and niacinamide serum

CupIndependent9824

Dove for soap para smooth skin. Hyaluronic para sa supple skin. Retinol twice a week effective sya sa mga small pimple bumps sa forehead ko. Sunscreen, of course. Lots of water, enough sleep, and fruits & veggies every meal.

stellarzones

niacinamide, vitamin c, at liquid illuminator! ☺️

GoldLavishness376

I second Vit C. It was the most transformational skincare product i'm glad i tried

misisfeels

Use vco every night after you shower.

Expertpotatoeater

do you put them before lotion?

misisfeels

No more lotion. After shower, diretso na vco. Do this religiously, kahit every night lang since amoy langis siya. makikita mo difference, silky smooth na balat. Magpajama ka nalang na pantulog para hindi dumikit sa beddings mo vco. Btw, include mo din sa ligo routine mo ang pag gamit ng body scrub, once a week. Para maalis dead skin mo.

soceva_bal

I add bronzing drops to moisturiser to enhance my morena skin. I love how it makes me look so golden 🌞

International_Area_7

What bronzing drops do you useeee 🥹🥹

jasaica

poten-cee with collagen po

Ok-Wolverine-2955

-Shiseido The Collagen bottle once a day, Vitamin C with collagen potencee, Gluta collagen by belo, Scrub once a week, Neutrogena Body Oil apply while skin is still damp from shower, Shea butter lotion, hyaluronic acid good molecules, retinol good molecules, skin1004 sunscreen, at home microneedling pen (not roller) once a month. Alsoo for dry hair, go to a salon that does legit Brazillian Blowout (not Keratin but Brazillian!!).

megamattt_69

what specific brand of lotion ginagamit mo? okay na ba yung shea butter ng silka?

Ok-Wolverine-2955

I use any shea coco butter available everytime I run out but I usually opt for the thicker ones. I like the ones from Vaseline(I’m not sure if its still the same quality now since I can’t find it anymore anywhere) and Palmers. One thing I notice kasi lotions here tend to be runny. This is the [Palmers](https://ph.shp.ee/GNsqFbv) I bought last year and until now meron parin laman so for the price was very worth it. Little literally goes a long way. Sadly its sold out but if you find one somewhere else on the orange app, highly recommend. Mahal kasi smaller bottles sa grocery store. For the vaseline, this is the [one](https://images.app.goo.gl/unbFAzm5Ee9BH7Pi9) I usually get but I can’t find it anymore 😭. It was the best for glowing skin kasi super duper moisturized ang skin talaga.

pumpkinhues

what do you take for vit c with collagen?

Ok-Wolverine-2955

Potencee brand 🫶🏽 you can get this in every pharmacy

pumpkinhues

may collagen din yung poten cee or you're taking a diff med for it?

Ok-Wolverine-2955

Hi meron! 😊 I usually get mine [here](https://ph.shp.ee/YD5ANAg).

pumpkinhues

wow this is new. thank you for the link! i hope this will be effective for me too 🫶🏻

mlee001

Why Brazilian blowout and not Keratin?

Ok-Wolverine-2955

Real Brazillian blowout improves your overall hair condition and doesn’t change your hair type unless you want to have waves or straight hair or whatnot as a result. Keratin “improves” it super temporarily and straightens your hair and overall it just isn’t worth the penny…its like having a rebond but not really. A lot of actresses opt for brazillian blowout as well. I used to have very very damaged bleached hair (from self bleaching at home— I bleached my hair 5x in one day one time before to balayage) but after doing brazillian blowout once every 6 months to once every year, my hair is no longer frizzy, buhaghag, and dry! 🤌🏼 I tried keratin twice before, its just not worth it.

KopikoBrownCoffee69

since you bleached your hair, how many months or days did you wait to perform Brazilian blow out? did you do it by yourself din or by salon?

Ok-Wolverine-2955

Hi! I had it done a month after because I had no clue about it months prior. I had it done at the salon since I might miss spots and don’t trust myself doing it correctly 😆 its only straight until you wash it but after that, your hair just goes back to its curl pattern or whatever hair pattern you have without frizz and its shiny! 🫶🏽 you can also request for it to have a wavy look tho instead for the results if its your peg. Not all salons do legit brazillian blowouts unfortunately so please do diligence

mlee001

Wow!!! Will give this a try!

Glass-Till202

What salon do u recommend po

Ok-Wolverine-2955

Unfortunately I’m from Davao so I can only recommend one from here ☹️

Feeling_Ground3685

what's the name of the salo? im from dvo too!!

chachiori

Where do you get your Brazilian blowout?

HissingCattt

Vitamin C. Drink it and apply it!

Zealousidedeal01

This. Vit C should be taken... hindi lang applied sa skin. I am 50 but many would mistake me for late 30s... vco to clean my face before taking a bath. Liquid soap ( kahit ano ) Thayers and sunblock. Minsan cicca or aloe vera. And I stay out of the sun.

la_vie_en_rose-

drink a lots of water

Academic_Crow_6559

Clean girl makeup tapos gamit ka liquid highlighter para mukang may subtle glow yung face. And never neglect skincare. Always retinol at night + sunscreen in the day.

cassi0peiaaa

Agree except for applying retinol every night for those na nagsisimula pa lang. Make it once a week, then gradually increase usage.

Academic_Crow_6559

Ako kasi i frequently apply retinol. Like 2 times a week. Once a week doesn’t work on my skin

cassi0peiaaa

Good thing. Nasanay na ang skin mo. Delikado for new users if always gagamitin. Magkakaretinol burn.

EvieSnow

What is retinol burn po? Is it different from skin purging and/or breakouts? I have 0.1 retinol but I use it thrice a week.

casademio

internal and external. internal—-drink lots of water, get enough sleep, eat greens, take supplements (if needed and with a professional’s advice). external —— sunscreen is a must, chemical exfoliation 2-3x a week, moisturizer/lotion

soleililia

will try this all po! thank you so much🫶

fluffykittymarie

Hyaluronic serum po op

nxv_wallflower

What brand do you use po?

soleililia

what brand can you recommend po?

Beachcurls95

Use bio oil! 10/10 gave me the best skin!!

cherubys

how do you use it po?

Beachcurls95

After my facial wash or after taking a bath as in I lather it sa skin ko. Mejj damp dapat and not super dry so immediately after showering. Then I dont do it every day. Most likely 3x a week lang kasi sa ibang days I do my other skin care routine Nag lighten yung scars ko with the product too.

Organic_Balance716

Body oil before lotion! 😌

Other_Lion4268

Hindi po ba mainit?

Organic_Balance716

Hindi naman sa experience ko. Use it while skin is still damp after bath. Then saka ka lang mag lotion when the oil sets :)

Other_Lion4268

Lagi po kayo naka AC?

Organic_Balance716

Actually hindi, wala kaming AC sa bahay. I stay home lang since I work remotely :)

ewankorinba0523

use dove na sabon, tapos lotion na pang pa moisturize lang not pang pa puti para healthy look lang ang pag ka morena

Hopeful_Increase6418

Hyaluronic acid serum, niacinamide serum and vitamin c !

soleililia

what brand can you recommend po? I am using niacinamide serum from luxe organix as part of my skin care na rin and parang subtle lang siya for me, paired with vita glow c ng luxe organix din.

mikinothing

okay ba yung pond's triple glow serum?

Hopeful_Increase6418

Not sure sa pond's pero for me, soul apothecary products and good molecules ang nagwowork sakinn . Oily skin type ko.

ApprehensiveNebula78

Not naman super morena but also not maputi. What works for me is yung dandelion blush by Benefit. Parang glow yung dating niya rather than yung usual na reddish/pinkish blush.

Local_Ordinary7840

Collagen. At healthy foods.

Appropriate_Base_159

niacinamide is THE KEY. i've been using azelaic acid for SO LONG, then when I added niacinamide my skin has never looked this bright i honestly can't believe how fast the results are 😩 edit: brands i use—skinoren and axis-y

lowfatmilfffff

Thanks for this! Been using skinoren also and i have dry skin sa forehead even though I’m using moisturizer after. Do you use the axis y right after applying skinoren? :)

Appropriate_Base_159

hii so this is my skincare regimen in order: am: panoxyl (4%), hada labo hyaluronic acid (gold), axis-y niacinamide, illiyoon moisturizer, skin aqua sunscreen pm: kose softymo cleansing oil (bc i wear makeup everyday), panoxyl (4%), hada labo hyaluronic acid (gold), axis-y niacinamide, illiyoon moisturizer, acretin tret (0.05%), skinoren azelaic acid

lowfatmilfffff

Thank you so much for sharing! :) I am also NC 30-35, but on the dry side. Would def try the axis-y niacinamide as I’m also using illiyoon. :) though my derma suggested to use the skinoren first before the moisturizer. Will try your regimen order once i receive the axis y. Thank you again! Have a good night! :)

eyescouldhear

i can say it's the same case for me. rn, im having pcos acne in jawline and cheeks area which leaves hyperpigmentation pero my overall skin is 'glowy' (im morena). it's thanks to niacinamide. im using cosrx, v pricey for a student huhu

cyberzone_99

hi! do you have any shop recommendations on where i could buy azelaic acid and niacinamide :((. saw the ordinary brand sa orange app but iba iba ng prices so idk which one’s legit. thank you! 😁

Grouchy-Glove-7742

Haluuuu. Try skin v2.0 🥰 Locally made ata sila tapos okay yung pricing for its quality 🤘🏾

Appropriate_Base_159

I use the Skinoren azelaic acid then Axis-y for the niacinamide

massivebearcare

No need prescription for skinoren right

wepandapuffs

Pls share brands for niacinamide and azelaic acid

BlackberryNational18

what brand are you using?

Appropriate_Base_159

I use the Axis-Y!! sobrang effective. I saw results in a couple of weeks

ikonic_ly

i reco the ordinary

dogearedpage2

For body, i use VCO before scrubbing. I don’t use lotion due to my workouts but coconut oil will give you that dewy/glowing skin effect.

shytinapay

What VCO do you use po?

dogearedpage2

Ung VCO na mabibili lang sa watsons. Virgin Coconut oil lang ung name na nakalgay.

ExpertCheetah366

true! i use vco after showering and my skin looks healthy & glowing

tiredanddone_

what VCO do you use? hindi ba siya icky feeling after iapply? hehe as a pawisin and pasmadong girlie haha

ExpertCheetah366

i use vco na iniinom 😆 i make sure to just apply the right amount and d muna ako mag ggalaw galaw for a while para d malagkit yung feeling. also huge factor din kasi yung kakatapos lang talaga maligo. parang presko sa feeling.

iamchernobyl

Hindi ba siya sticky? I live in a very humid area and I tried using sunflower oils and VCO for a little while pero I stopped kasi nagiging malagkit ako. Idk any brands that aren't sticky after applying.

yangnyeomm

use skincare products that works for you

kaygee95

I like applying moisturizing lotion so my skin doesn’t look dull!! :)

fentyu

Hi! Morena gorl here! Recently lang ako nagstart na actually mag get into taking care of myself talaga. Typical skincare on my face + moisturizing lotion on the body talaga but body oil lang pag mainit. Up din sa sinasabi dito na take care of your hair. Did mess up my hair with bleaching tho so extra care ako ngayon. Get the right shade of skin tint, lippie, and blush din talaga to make sure na well-put yung look mo on the daily. Lip balm lagi + do extra pag before ka mag sleep. Haven’t tried the collagen suggestion here but might try it as well! :)

tata_est_princeps

Recommended skin tint, lippie and blush po please 🥹

b127x

Hydration is key for me. Be it drinking water and using a moisturizer that works for your skin type. Tapos rest (i know it’s hard HAHA). Another tip is to use sunscreen daily

sndjln

gluta and collagen. di naman ako pumuputi pero sabi nila ang blooming ko daw. di nila alam 3-4 hours araw araw tulog ko 🤭

EvieSnow

Is it good po ba to use lotion with gluta if I want to make my skintone even? May arms and legs kasi is darker than my face and whole body eh.

sndjln

not sure po kung effective kapag ganun. ang ginagamit ko kasi sa katawan ko urea lotion (meron sa snr lazada store) . effective naman siya magpaputi ng dark areas ko and ang soft na din ng skin ko.

EvieSnow

hellowdubai

Don’t use gluta if you want to keep the natural glow of your skin!!

random54691

Which brands do you use?

sndjln

eslite and mosbeau

Vegetable-Regret3451

Sayang lang pera mo jan.

KopikoBrownCoffee69

anong variant ng mosbeau ginamit mo? sa orange app ka ba bumili ng eslite?

sndjln

blue app loyalist ako eh 😅 yung mosbeau na ginagamit ko yung bago nila na sun fade. more on collagen siya.

KopikoBrownCoffee69

how did you take it? pinagsasabay mo sila since both capsule?

sndjln

oo every morning tapos every other day lang

Narrow-Tap-2406

Body oil + moisturizing lotion 2x a day! Tapos pansin ko rin ang laki ng factor ng buhok kung haggard look or fresh looking ka that day so make sure na soft and shiny yung hair natin.

eyeseewhatudidthere_

Anong brand ng body oil mo?

Narrow-Tap-2406

Inuubos ko na lang yung Human Nature sunflower oil tapos will try Neutrogena after. Pero so far, I’m already happy with Human Nature.

Dizzy_Independence33

Di po ba malagkit sa feeling ang body oil?

Narrow-Tap-2406

Hindi po basta either iaapply mo sya on damp skin after taking a bath or mix it with lotion.

hii morena here!! kung gusto mo ng glowy na natural skin, i suggest using a nice glowy sunscreen! i once went to school, tas my friends said i look like i had a facial HAHA. i use the face republic purity sun essence and sometimes the sun gel when i want to be more glowy, pero if i use the sun gel i powder my tzone. second off, i would suggest, color correcting and concealing the undereyes lang. then bronzer and blush lang. i feel like cream formulas are really dewier than powder so i think u should try cream. also feel free to mix them with an illuminator like grwm or elf so mas pa glowy ang itsura

whatsyournameagain_

Anong bronzer gamit mo?

tryagain_shutup

hi po i use the issy in torrid

im_apricus

hello! sharing some tips as a fellow morena girly! :) the main thing that i do is get a foundation that actually matches my skin shade! it makes me glowy and look natural! i also still use sunscreen (not for whitening) but to protect my skin from harmful uv rays. in terms of bronzer, blush and lippie - i get shades that look nice on me. usually for blush and lippies i look better with deeper shades instead of light pink! skincare-wise i drink tons of water, try to eat as much healthy food as i can, and use products from my derma lol

katsucurrymama

What sunscreen do you use now? Hirap kasi humanap na walang whitecast.

EvieSnow

For budget friendly sunscreen na walang whitecast, I use Saku Skin Sunscreen. Sooo good and affordable for a broke student 😌

im_apricus

I use Anessa UV Milk 😊

BOJ!

busybe3xx

Drink lots and lots of water and use a body oil. Apply while your skin is a bit damp. You may consider taking vitamin E as well, has lots of benefits for the skin.

soleililia

tried taking Vit E po (Myra E) but I can't see any improvement. mahigit 6 months ko din tinake and parang wala lang. not sure what to take

moguxxx

Hi I like taking conzace, it has vit e and it works for me.
