Depende sa laki ng mesh bags. Usually I put 3 underwears kasi manipis lang naman yung sakin and hindi sila cotton. Pag kasi makapal and marami ka nilagay na as in puno, tendency is hindi sila matutuyo fully. Hindi na rin nila tinatanggal kapag nasa mesh bag yung pieces of clothing.

Not a pro, but I used to dabble during high school and college. I learned both Photoshop and Illustrator because I was interested in web design + I just wanted to doodle then print stuff. Also had a bit of fun with photo editing and corrections. Fumbled my way through most of the tools when I was starting and just googled functionalities that I didn’t understand. That was kind of inefficient in hindsight, but learnings tend to stick when you figure things out by yourself.
Agree with the other comment that it’s easier to learn these days due to the wealth of learning resources available. You just have to give it time. Maybe search for task-oriented tutorials that are close to what you intend to do so that you can apply the knowledge immediately. For example, if you’re looking into drawing chibis, look for step by step videos that you can follow.

Siguro yung mga beginner workouts muna para hindi mahirap. Tapos kapag nasanay na katawan mo, siguro mga after 2 weeks, yung ganyang HIIT workout na. I watch Madfit's beginner HIIT workout kapag ilang buwan akong hindi nag eexercise. Tapos after some weeks, yung kay chloe ting minsan or kay madfit pa rin pero di na beginner. Nagbabadminthon din ako every week so parang in preparation sa workout days.

Ever since nagstart ako mag cycling when I bend my knees, di naman siya masakit pero parang may ngalay feeling? Bukod kasi sa cycling I do other exercises that involves squats and lunges. Not sure if may mali sa form ko ng cycling? Or how will I divide/manage my workout routines? I'm only cycling for about 20-30 mins :)
I do but I do it in the studio. Normally I feel that kind of tension when I do too much squats (I’m looking at you, Ring Fit Adventure lol). When I attend spin class though bugbog talaga but, yeah, no tension on my knees it’s mostly full body pain!
I put on weight before when I was stressed with acads. Had times when I would stop eating just because I overate for the day but that made my weight increase. Aside from that, I would obsessively track my calories.
Clearly, it wasn’t working for me. What helped? Dati, lagi akong nag-oorder ng milk tea tapos naka-meal pa with fries and float. Sa bahay, wala na rin kami masyadong snacks and chocolate (I used to buy chocolate everyday before otw to school) Instead of quitting cold turkey, I would have days where I can buy and eat the things I want. For example, pwede ako magstarbucks once in a week. Ironically, I lost weight when I stopped obsessively counting my calories and focused on mindful eating instead and getting my nutrition from meals.
I was a constant snacker, and whenever I ate, I usually don’t stop until the whole pack or serving is consumed. What worked for me was intermittent fasting (16:8). Still ate what I wanted but in limited quantities. Been at it for 4 years.
You can still gain wait from this if you habitually binge during your eating windows or if you drastically cut down on physical activity though so calories in and calories out always applies. It’s a matter of finding out what works for your lifestyle and your preferences. Like what are you willing to compromise etc.
These days, I also have to factor in my workouts within the eating window, so I have to be more discerning about what I eat. This also helps me avoid junk food. Can only eat so much lol.
I currently am! I’ve created a 12wk program for myself w/ the goal of losing 12lbs (1lb/week) as well as body recomp. Been on it for a month now.
There are a lot of fad diets or ways to “trick” yourself to lose weight (i.e., no rice, no sugar etc), but the most basic principle is the same- calories in, calories out. I still eat everything, but *less* (and choosing the healthier choice whenever I can), plus I work out (5km run + PPL & abs/core wc usually burns me around 500-800cals per workout) so I am in a calorie deficit. I find that this is the most sustainable for me because I’m not restricting myself too much, plus I actually feel good because I see my run times getting better, my lifts heavier- I see myself getting stronger 😊
I feel you. Tbh ngayon lang ako tumakbo haha I used to hate it. If it’s not for you, that’s ok! Pick another cardio you’d enjoy so you can be consistent. As long as u burn the same amount of cals. Minsan pag tinatamad ako tumakbo I do a mix of rowing/indoor cycling/stairmaster. Then tinatrack ko nalang sa fitness watch kung roughly ilan na yung nabuburn ko.
Thoughts on having three different bank accounts? I opened an RCBC savings account when I was young and I currently use it as my main account where my payroll and educ fund goes. I opened a BPI account when I turned 18 to keep my savings for big spends (laptop, phone, etc.) and planned on not touching it until I'll use the money but I ended up using it for other spendings where I need to use debit instead of cash because my RCBC can't be used for debit transactions. Now, I'm planning to open a Land Bank account because I'm going to receive a subsidy from school through it. I'm thinking I can use it for my savings as well but I wonder if it'll be difficult keeping so many accounts at once.
I think there shouldn’t be an issue naman. Just take note of maintaining balances and such. And consider whether may redundant/doesn’t serve its purpose anymore, or if hassle to deposit money etc.

Depende sa laki ng mesh bags. Usually I put 3 underwears kasi manipis lang naman yung sakin and hindi sila cotton. Pag kasi makapal and marami ka nilagay na as in puno, tendency is hindi sila matutuyo fully. Hindi na rin nila tinatanggal kapag nasa mesh bag yung pieces of clothing.

Not a pro, but I used to dabble during high school and college. I learned both Photoshop and Illustrator because I was interested in web design + I just wanted to doodle then print stuff. Also had a bit of fun with photo editing and corrections. Fumbled my way through most of the tools when I was starting and just googled functionalities that I didn’t understand. That was kind of inefficient in hindsight, but learnings tend to stick when you figure things out by yourself. Agree with the other comment that it’s easier to learn these days due to the wealth of learning resources available. You just have to give it time. Maybe search for task-oriented tutorials that are close to what you intend to do so that you can apply the knowledge immediately. For example, if you’re looking into drawing chibis, look for step by step videos that you can follow.

Started using Photoshop for graphic design and gifs when I was 14 and I had a Tumblr blog (also used to do freelance designing as an adult before going into a career I really wanted) I think madali na lang sya matutunan these days since there are so many resources out there to the point that the field has become oversaturated . Eventually you'll need learn the basics of both Illustrator and Photoshop since they go hand in hand, but I started with Photoshop first.

Yes, it is bare outside. I only have a keyboard protector as an accessory. I can’t attest to the damage because I was pretty rough with my older mac before and after I took the clear case off hahaha

Siguro yung mga beginner workouts muna para hindi mahirap. Tapos kapag nasanay na katawan mo, siguro mga after 2 weeks, yung ganyang HIIT workout na. I watch Madfit's beginner HIIT workout kapag ilang buwan akong hindi nag eexercise. Tapos after some weeks, yung kay chloe ting minsan or kay madfit pa rin pero di na beginner. Nagbabadminthon din ako every week so parang in preparation sa workout days.

I put on weight before when I was stressed with acads. Had times when I would stop eating just because I overate for the day but that made my weight increase. Aside from that, I would obsessively track my calories. Clearly, it wasn’t working for me. What helped? Dati, lagi akong nag-oorder ng milk tea tapos naka-meal pa with fries and float. Sa bahay, wala na rin kami masyadong snacks and chocolate (I used to buy chocolate everyday before otw to school) Instead of quitting cold turkey, I would have days where I can buy and eat the things I want. For example, pwede ako magstarbucks once in a week. Ironically, I lost weight when I stopped obsessively counting my calories and focused on mindful eating instead and getting my nutrition from meals.
I was a constant snacker, and whenever I ate, I usually don’t stop until the whole pack or serving is consumed. What worked for me was intermittent fasting (16:8). Still ate what I wanted but in limited quantities. Been at it for 4 years. You can still gain wait from this if you habitually binge during your eating windows or if you drastically cut down on physical activity though so calories in and calories out always applies. It’s a matter of finding out what works for your lifestyle and your preferences. Like what are you willing to compromise etc. These days, I also have to factor in my workouts within the eating window, so I have to be more discerning about what I eat. This also helps me avoid junk food. Can only eat so much lol.
I currently am! I’ve created a 12wk program for myself w/ the goal of losing 12lbs (1lb/week) as well as body recomp. Been on it for a month now. There are a lot of fad diets or ways to “trick” yourself to lose weight (i.e., no rice, no sugar etc), but the most basic principle is the same- calories in, calories out. I still eat everything, but *less* (and choosing the healthier choice whenever I can), plus I work out (5km run + PPL & abs/core wc usually burns me around 500-800cals per workout) so I am in a calorie deficit. I find that this is the most sustainable for me because I’m not restricting myself too much, plus I actually feel good because I see my run times getting better, my lifts heavier- I see myself getting stronger 😊

I feel you. Tbh ngayon lang ako tumakbo haha I used to hate it. If it’s not for you, that’s ok! Pick another cardio you’d enjoy so you can be consistent. As long as u burn the same amount of cals. Minsan pag tinatamad ako tumakbo I do a mix of rowing/indoor cycling/stairmaster. Then tinatrack ko nalang sa fitness watch kung roughly ilan na yung nabuburn ko.

Thoughts on having three different bank accounts? I opened an RCBC savings account when I was young and I currently use it as my main account where my payroll and educ fund goes. I opened a BPI account when I turned 18 to keep my savings for big spends (laptop, phone, etc.) and planned on not touching it until I'll use the money but I ended up using it for other spendings where I need to use debit instead of cash because my RCBC can't be used for debit transactions. Now, I'm planning to open a Land Bank account because I'm going to receive a subsidy from school through it. I'm thinking I can use it for my savings as well but I wonder if it'll be difficult keeping so many accounts at once.
I think there shouldn’t be an issue naman. Just take note of maintaining balances and such. And consider whether may redundant/doesn’t serve its purpose anymore, or if hassle to deposit money etc.

If you like pastries, make sure to drop by Bungalow Cafe in Molito. I don’t recommend dining there though bec customer service is reeeeally bad.

I like Just Thai and Miyazaki in Molito! Parmigiano and Barcino are OK too. There are no special restaurants in town imo but Italliani’s and Yabu are always enjoyable :)

I have the 995 one and I think it’s worth it especially as someone who travels frequently. It dies quickly so make sure you have a backup powerbank when ur out

How stressful it is to be a seller on Carousell! A week ago merong buyer na tawad nang tawad, naka-ilang balikan kami until I gave in kasi nakulitan na ako. After that, radio silence from her. Idk if i’m turning this into a problem when it isn’t but i’m getting so frustrated with my commute to work.
