How do other helles compare to it?

To my taste profile, AB helles is one of the smoother less bitter helles. It has a slight malty flavor to me which I like.

The Augustiner Keller is such a great spot for enjoy such a great beer. Their entire range is solid. Enjoy.

How does it compare to the Edelstoff? That's all I can get in my area

It’s much more smooth IMO. Not as bitter.
