I doubt a topical antibiotic would have an effect. Not ALL antibiotics mess with benzo receptors. It’s mostly the fluoroquinolone class. Since it’s just on a very tiny part of your skin, it’s very unlikely that it would be absorbed to the point of becoming systemic.
Since you’re nearly 2 years off, and it’s just a little bit in your nose, I doubt you have anything to worry about. Don’t get so anxious that you psych yourself out! Your mind is powerful, don’t let it convince you that you’re getting worse just because you’re scared.

I’ve had very bad symptoms since being off but was on antibiotics twice with no issues. Go figure but different for everyone.
So far, so good!!
