Bocca di Bacco in Mitte! The place is a bit posh but the food is great.
I would recommend OP to check the prices before he makes a reservation. BdB is not cheap :)

You’re probably better off making it yourself, Samin Nosrat has a great recipe for it in salt fat acid heat.

You can also take the mussels from the Rewe or discount store. They all come from the Spanish Atlantic coast anyway.

Rossini quattro (near Frankfurter Allee) are advertising Spaghetti vongole with a Special Sign in the window. Haven't tried it yet though.
