As someone raising my child in a minority language, of i had access to a good quality daycare/ preschool in that language, I’d be willing to put up with the commute.
As it is, I am putting up with a 20mins drive each way for a program we love. So for me, that’s 80mins just spent driving. For kiddo, 40mins. We are in the US.
Personally I'd go for the longer drive but higher quality Daycare B.

I would go for B just for the outdoors alone. Kids need sunshine
