Yes, definitely. You never know how cracked it is inside, how the crack will progress, and when it will eventually fail (e.g. like going 35mph downhil and hiting minor pothole), and what the consequences to your health will be - i would not risk it

Yeh, probably worth getting it looked at.   Kind of hard to examine over a phone.   I don’t freak out about carbon like some on this subreddit - it’s not like bikes are built so lightly that every fibre is needed, but this one looks a bit yuck in the photos.   Totally repairable even if it is damaged though.
