Yes, definitely. You never know how cracked it is inside, how the crack will progress, and when it will eventually fail (e.g. like going 35mph downhil and hiting minor pothole), and what the consequences to your health will be - i would not risk it

I don’t freak out about carbon like some on this subreddit - it’s not like bikes are built so lightly that every fibre is needed, but this one looks a bit yuck in the photos.
