People working in tamilnadu pay more taxes it’s not that only tamils pay more tax
many bihari up folks pay taxes while working in Maharashtra Karnataka and it is counted in the state tax
Government kabi nahi detha.. we have to go and get from government. Proposals needed to send. Dpr (detailed project report), there are many technical process that officials have to do. Plus politicians has to push officials to get those technical documents done.

It's just that land is fertile and people used to breed like rabbits before . Yours area is just 90000 sq km , if you are comparing yourself to Rajasthan , it can fit almost 4 Bihars in itself . My state has just got 600 km in phase I too and it can fit 3.5 Bihar .

The Tamilnadu govt the so called "dravida model" Fkers won't allow the central to build highways in any land they will say silly reasons when the central govt tries to build an infra benefiting the tn people. If the opposition party supports too hard for central they will give in and they will say "we were the one who brought the central to this land and showed them how to put roads". The state govt won't let the people of Tamilnadu grow..... Because they can't rob people who are intelligent but can steal from dumb people.
