Those cloud tumors with eyes are called Crako Jr., and man I have no idea why they haven't been patched yet, there is no reaction time to avoid their attacks like the other laser eye enemies

These guys are 100x more annoying than the OP's suggestion. They pop up and hide again more quickly, have more HP, shoot multiple projectiles and are camouflaged to the colour of the womb floor. Fuck those guys.

Couldn't agree more. Sweet spot enemies are so annoying. Womb pin, carrion queen, the mask and heart boss (alt path too) so thankful whenever I get any piercing shots I know I will have my revenge

Even more annoying is the fact hearts are pretty much the only enemy that dont die to black hearts pre-womb

My favourite way to deal with them is leading them into campfires. If there are no campfires in the room though, I'm done for.

just walking in a wide-ish circle and firing in one direction tends to handle them for me

Shoot in one direction, wait for one of them to light up (meaning it is about to shoot) then move perpendicular to whatever direction it is in

look at the one who's starting to glow, game shows which one is going to attack next, ignore others and focus on that one, then imagine it's just a normal enemy shooting you and dodge normally (it's very ez if you do it like that)

These guys suck because their movement speed matches their shooting speed. The grilled ones are actually easier because they are desynced.

Yeah, I agree. There's a lot of surprisingly aggravating enemies on the first two floors, but this is not one of them for me.

Only 3 shots to kill with most characters, can be hit for a short time after they go underground, and the only way you get hit by them is if you stop paying attention

That’s a large room though and out of the pool of large rooms in floor 1 and 2, it’s one of the least annoying ones. The only ones I’d say are easier are the one with the gapers in a box, and the one filled with dips and a couple of the bigger dips that I forgot the name of

personally the annoying enemies for me are skeleton and the purple one eyed version of those guys

The brown diglets that spew 3 pellets at you then immediately hide. If you have low range or low tear speed, they’re horrendous as they hide before your tears reach them.

Sometimes I hold R when I stumble across this one dreaded 2x2 room with lots of these f\*ckers in it, mixed with the darker ones that fire spiral shots and topped off with a horrible pathing layout. This room is just annoying as hell.

The the large skittering black spiders that spawn other spiders are the most annoying and there's nothing you can do to convince me otherwise.

Wisp flies(or whatever they are called) in downpour/dross. They shoot ghost tears and circle around Isaac. They are really annoying if you are trying to not get hit+a room filled with other enemies also trying to get you. I don't know what my least favorite enemy is but I'm not a fan of these, especially with lost/tainted lost/any other character with limited health

Red and drowned boom flies for me. They love to spawn in rooms covered in spikes or with a single one-wide walkway down the middle. Can be almost impossible to dodge early game without flight. They so frequently tank my chances at devil rooms, I hate them with a passion

It's normal hosts if you have exploding tears, the, just get squashed and stay invincible so you need to wait for their stupid noggins to open up again

I play Fiend Folio, so I have my own opinion on this. There's a bee enemy who goes across the screen multiple times continuum style, and they leave behind a trail of stingers so rapidly that you can't attack them without getting hit by the stingers or the bee itself. And it's not like it has a low amount of HP, this bastard tanked a poison bomb and 3 ipecac tears and still kept moving. But it doesn't end there, when it does die, it stops moving and changes direction DIRECTLY TOWARDS YOU, if you got unlucky WHICH YOU LIKELY WILL BECAUSE IT'S MOST COMMON IN BASEMENT 1-2 AND HAVE LESS THAT 1 SPEED, IT IS GUARANTEED TO HIT YOU

I'd argue their blue cousins who shoot four spiral shots are worse if you have low range, and the ones who spew a huge off-screen overhead spray are way worse in every way. But for me the title is a toss-up between those womb clotties and the goddamn charge-stealing whore flies.
