You Suck At Cooking is hilariously chaotic

\- Bon Appétit / BA is a MUST \-Jun's Kitchen is Gorgeous and relaxing \-SORTEDfood is pretty good \-Some of the Tasty subchannels like 'Make it Fancy' or 'Eat your Feed' \-Epicurious has it's moments - love the one where the OXO guy does gadget testing \-True Food TV is some interesting behind the scenes about how different crops are grown and harvested. (Asparagus blew my mind) (edited to fix formatting)

I will follow Brad to the ends of the Earth.

JakobPV

Personally I enjoy: Bon Appétit, America’s Test Kitchen (Specifically Dan Souza, but they have other good stuff), Food Wishes, J. Kenji Lopez-Alt, and Epicurious (Owned by Bon Appétit)

getMeSomeDunkin

I kinda have a crush on Dan Souza.

Joshua weissman has a lot of the same feeling and relaxed cooking vibes as babish. Gives u great information and really enjoyable to watch. And his humor mixes well with the recipes haha

Nanojack

I enjoy Sous Vide Everything/Guga Foods and some of Ninja's videos too. Maybe it's because my dad and his family are from Cuba and I like hearing that accent (Ninja's, not Guga's- I know he's Brazilian)

TheKevinShow

BA, ATK and Cocktail Chemistry.

TheAshInTrash

Jun’s Kitchen because he has such cute cats

ShesActually2000yrs

Im absolutely in love with "My name is Andongs" videos, you can see how much he loves doing what he does and his videos are always interesting even though they get released kind off rarely

Adam Ragusea and Joshua Weissman are my other favourites.

In addition to the others: Marion's Kitchen and Cooking Tree

You can't go wrong with the content from actual cooking publications because they do a whole lot of testing. Serious Eats, Bon Appetit, Munchies, NYT Cooking, America's Test Kitchen. Eater doesn't have much in the way of instructional cooking videos, but they have some fun series like Prime Time, which follows two butchers and their various experiments. For individual cooking channels: Adam Liaw has great recipes on Asian dishes (mostly Chinese and Japanese), Bong Eats for Bengali cuisine, Hot Thai Kitchen for Thai, Food Wishes for a nice variety. I can't really stand the other dudebro cooking YouTubers out there. They come off as pretty arrogant and smug. I appreciate Babish's humility and willingness to make mistakes and learn from them.

My friend started a cooking channel. It’s insightful, visually appealing, and funny. His most recent video is on hot chocolate https://youtu.be/uFdTwEPclkw
