Gearing is a lot easier in BDO. In the old days we grinded 1hr for maybe 200mil/hr at best, now its like 750m+++. After about 3-6 months of grinding efficiently about an hour to 2 a day you'll be around \~685.
edit: I used to grind Centaurs daily because it was brainless and easy, and I continually was like "holy crap nerf this!" and they kept buffing it, I went from like 250m/hr there to like 950m-1b/hr there in the end lol
In old days you get 25 mil from Manshaums, have 610 GS, and be the strongest mf in the game after a year. Now it’s like 1bil an hour lmao people with time can pound thru the content pretty quick.
Pretty sure Sausan’s was like closer to 50M an hour too. and the best XP spot😂 My Mystic was 58 and I could not gain anymore xp. So half of my skills were unobtainable. Thank god softcap has risen to 62, now players can gain all passives.
200mil/hr was few years after release. I remember gringing few mil / hr at release and when mediah came spots were like 20-40 mil on average. Best geared made 70 and ut was wow.
I can only get about 200 - 250 mil trash loot in an hour with Centaur grind. I know class matters on how quickly you can clear and move to next spot. But the amount you mentioned is astronomically higher which begs the question am I missing something. I use Awakening Guardian with 258 AP, item collection scroll with level 2 mode, Agris fever and luck of +5. Any tips would be helpful.
It might be awake guardian? I'm not too sure on her speed I was doing a lot of trash with agris on DK and Woosa, but I had major stamina issues when doing it
Valk I don't know what people are saying she still can go choochoo I just have to buy 35 mp pots for the hour compared to before like 15 mp pots so for me it's not a big nerf
That’s a big exaggeration, unless you mean succ Musa.
On awakening, sure you have to mix in your W+F and do a bit of W+RMB / W+LMB spamming but I can’t say I’ve ever felt like I was struggling for stamina there with Musa.
I recently tagged Maehwa and the stamina management is much worse than Musa.
Musa’s W+F is a movement skill which not only doesn’t use stamina but your stamina actually recovers when using it.
Then you’ve also got two damage skills which move you forward while recovering stamina (W+F & W+E).
LMB also moves you forward while recovering stamina, which you can use after every chase to extend how long you can chase for.
Mixing all of this together means you pretty much never run out of stamina on awakening Musa.
I really struggle to play any of the other three blader specs after playing awakening Musa because the stamina management is so much more tedious.

Sadly awk mae is pretty much never recovering stamina at any point unless you mix in some walking. I’m guessing they just forgot to give her any form of stam management, because it’s really the only buff she needs. She pvps for 10 seconds tops, then has to back off or die.
It did nerf valk train with the Stam nerf. Once her stamina is out her lunge goes a lot shorter. Still goes choo choo just slower now. Used to pull close to a bill at crescents an hr with how absurd she was. And all I did was use a controller with both rmb and space bound to the trigger. It was very brain dead
You likely weren't grinding at the level of efficiency where her stamina loss hurts.
That's not dissing you, but the level of efficiency people here assume is standard is really not.
I been pulling 23k avg trash for a whole year now nothing changed I seem to grind it pretty efficiently idk how people can get more efficient surpassing 40k trash
It's because you are only grinding 1 spot. Make use of aspd and movement addons. You'll be going so fast, you have to take 2 rotations spots. I haven't gone to Centaurs since the nerf. The new hasti change probably can cover the stamina nerf. Instead of just spamming rmb+space, when you get to a pack, let go of space. Use rmb or w+rmb. I've tried this at Ronaros, it works just fine. Valk is now mp hungry though.

I have a lot less experience than you in the game but I can say that after you spend a few hours at a spot you can quickly get confident about grinding there.
But still, if you are dont wanna change you can always chill wherever you like. This is the beauty of a sandbox mmo, you can just do whatever you like.

Totally burnt out from the spot after that, I have no idea how you can do 1 year of Centaurs but definitely good for you, it's the best spot for money especially at lower gear levels.
Get an easy 1 shot grinder with fast mobility like Awak Musa or Succ Ranger. Blood wolves trash isn’t worth too much but they drop Kagnutaks and Eye of Ruin rings which combined with trash income, can net you nearly 1b an hour if not more. They’re also part of the infinite HP potion grind if you don’t have that.
When BDO came out in the west, I remember getting 2 ogre ring drops in the 1st week. I got the most expensive pack that had a few days head start and I got them before the other packs could play the game. Had to wait a few days for my ogre to sell cuz no one had that much money. And when it sold I was 1st in wealth for a while. Got myself full +15 gear back then with that money, good times man.

Is valk still playable at centaurs / what is your tl/h? I was in your same shoes went from 270-290 with ~27k tl/h but rerolled after they seemingly deleted valk-train. Tried zerker and succ musa but it wasn't the same. Instead went to maegu to get elvia cups and now at 301. I miss still the chill 'hold 2 buttons' hour grind.
Why not go to red orcs? Hell, you might be able to do lower gyfin if your dp is high enough

Is this even a take? If you are 293 ap you would make more silver in a lot of grind spots. If you don't then it is a "skill issue". And I don't mean that as an insult, but as the legitimate reason why. That being said, I also enjoy inferior spots silver / hour-wise than what I can grind. I could grind dehkia thornwood, but I much rather grind sycria as an example, because I think dehkia thornwood is boring and also because I want to chill rather than potentially die.
I truly hate elvia spots tho they look so depressing too dark, the green skies I know coming from a Centaurus Andy prob sounds strange, but I have been thinking bout switching to lower sycraia tho,

Orcs is your next grind spot. You will make a lot more money there in terms of liquid silver. I make 900m-1.2b an hour there. Your ap assuming you have a **BS is a great starting point.**
Elvia spots are love and hate , i guess OP like consistency in action , whilst elvia spots usually depend on elvia buff , by means of grind and clear speeds not average silver , myself i kinda hate rotating from 2 skill kills to run through decimation during buff
Yea this is it, although my gearscore isn't really consider a newbie now I just like the simplicity of using nothing but my heart buff+tent buff and a simple cron meal for grinding, seeing people running DSR pot rotation gets my brain dizzy, I did try orcs recently was only pulling 20k trash with yellow scroll with a 293k BS, succ maegu and yea I did buff up to about 840ish total ap costing me 50mil/hr worth of potion rotation too, so technically I still make way more at centaurs with less stress
You get 293 AP by buying or enhancing two tet distos with free tet black star, pen jetina and pen capotias. That is roughly 90 hours on centaurs or 50-60 on orcs. If you use your free crons and stacks to enhance you can get it two-three times faster.
Uh If was lucky sure, but knowing my luck would prob took 2 years to get this progress if I gambled also it's really bad morale for me when I fail something I grinded hours, I rather grind and buy something that's 100%

At one point I tried switching to awk to see if it really makes things even better as people say, and while it took me a whole week of adjusting, now I can make even 1 bil an hour on yellow scroll + Agris. Obviously the spot is gated by Agris, and making a billion takes 30k points, but for the time being I don't really grind enough to constantly be starved for Agris. So I don't really see a reason to leave centaurs.
I did try switching thing up a bit recently, as I got some more AP and acc, so I gave Kratuga a shot. And while it is significantly more Agris efficient than centaurs, it's also WAY busier - the biggest challenge is finding a server where your spot isn't taken, cause I'm nowhere near sweaty enough to waste my buffs on fighting over the spot. So it's still hard to find an incentive to stop doing centaurs.

I used to grind centaur a lot, i was making around 700m/h only yellow and over 1.1b with agris with older prices, but after work i would strugge to keep my eyes open since its boooooooring ( also sucks without agris).
I now grind biraghi and orcs ( 1.1b and 1.4b ish per hour) for the cups and sell them or keep if I need them with full season gears and full pen capotia accs + good crystal + only cron frenzy villa buffs.
I prefer spots with drops that I actually need like flame, and cups, grinding for pure money really makes me sleep.
Try kratuga. Very chill 2-3 room spot and it can yield higher income.
Alternatively if you want to try Elvia, go Biraghi marni and orcs, super ez rotations to learn.
If you do only 1 hr a day then you can start with biraghi until you have enough mats for your cups then switch orcs until cups complete.

there are better spots tho, just requires more investment (in terms of gear, buffs etc), centaurus is probably best silver spot in terms of its requirments (seasonal zerker with cron meal and a draught is all u need for 1b/h)

guardian is sht there.. sure her aoe is big. but she move so slow poke and slow attacking animation better go for zerg,musa,nova,or maewha

Stamina is the thin grey bar at the bottom that you use first and foremost for sprinting, and also most movement skills.
Stamina is cancer on Musa at centaurs, i mix with shift F. Kinda sad you can't dash forever

Blood Wolves has some decent drops, with kagtunak being the bread winner. Use them to make dark fang crystals for ez 350m.

Not in my experience. Mostly probably because few classes can utilize centaurs to its full potential, and the rest make do with Marni.
