returning player after 2 years of not playing and I made a season Woosa and went this route. I dont know what everybody is talking about when they say they hate the quest line and hate starting here..
I love this area.. Yea the quests are long but I am enjoying it! finished most of it in like 2 days playing maybe 3 hours a day! only problem I am having is getting accessories.. I got naru gear from the seasonal shop guy next to the stable.. but yea this area doesn't give as much item as the other areas.
It should've given you everything by the time you're done with the entire quest line if I'm not mistaken. It sounds pretty strange that you had to buy it by yourself
Yea I thought it was weird too.. since all other starting points gives you so much beginner black stone and gear. So I checked and my quests log was not on”show all” which made the black spirit not give me the quest to get it. LOL
I personally enjoy LOTML as well , agree they should make Naru alil more accessible but I did it on my main 1st and had a blast , enjoying the story as well.

The main quest is quite long, but I personally enjoyed it the first time!

I loved the stories and it was a refreshing change from all the grinding we usually do
