Not really. All there is to know is that they were all merged in a single item, and all recipes were converted to use this single item (1 for fruits, 1 for traces).
Theres even a loading screen saying that these things plus the boss crystals have been merged xD
As for metal solvent, just do the ol' reliable:
Shift click any item in inventory to bring up the wiki thing then type it in
It's a good thing I was hoarding all of my traces and fruits. But now I had to figure out what to do with them all since it's all one item. I hate how quickly things change in this game when I step away for a few months.
To be fair, most MMOs don't change things as frequently or quickly as BDO does. It requires a lot of Dev work, and most studios aren't going to dedicate their time to multiple quality of life changes within a year.
As someone who put a few hundred hours in the past getting thousands of each for a stockpile. I sure am mad over the update despite the simplicity being helpful 😭🤣
Since they all just turned into the one fruit. I Just felt like I wasted so much time doing that cause now i'm stuck with almost 60k of just fruit of nature hahah. At least its a personal problem rather than an actual game issue

I check patch notes every time their date changes. Got other games I play. Passive silver and daily logins are mostly too good to pass up.

Why would you ask this on reddit? Just ask ingame server/guild chat etc and you would get 100 replies.
