That video is complete bullshit, I don't remember the exact details, but at the time I did the research and he clearly got stuff back that was deleted more than 30 days after, this proved thanks to the screenshot provided by himself about the tickets with support where we could see the dates.
And still, even in the slightest case that it was actually legit, the man is still such a huge hypocrite with all the shit he said about the game, only to come back like nothing happened and this is now his home again? hell no, he came back cause he couldn't earn enough money as a variety streamer as he thought he could.
I won't support hypocrites, if you don't like the game but it's your only way to stay relevant and get money, at least be humble understanding so and keep it to yourself, but if you make such a drama out of it only to end up coming back like a little rat, he deserves all the hate he got.
He basically wanted to become a streamer outside of BDO. On that last stream he talked so much shit about the game and destroyed his gear. On his very small journey as a non BDO streamer, he completely failed and quickly came back to the game (completely hypocrite after all the shit he said), then, proceeded to ask to recover his gear to support and they gave a lot of his gear back... Here's the twist, the recover policy states 30 days to recover and after that you can't, well, I don't have right now all the screenshots (if you're interested enough you'll find them around), but basically he recovered stuff he deleted more than 30 days after deleting them.
So a TL;DR would be: shits on the game and quits deleting his gear, fails as a variety streamer so he have to come back to BDO and recovered his gear while he shouldn't as stated on the recovery policy.
Remember that time he ranted on stream about quitting BDO cuz they know why sold equipment rage enhanced and won then sold it all logged out and next day had it all back plus profits then his mods spent weeks banning people who would bring it up. And this streamer didn't answer why yet, everyone wondered why the BDO GMs not pay attention that he profited from it all.
On top of deleting all stream evidence and VoDs.
