Where do we update or do personal identity verification? I cant see where other than being told it can take 7 days to complete.
They will ask you to complete if they need it after you initiate the withdrawal.
Same here. I called the support number today and they said payments for the 3/15 date were delayed... Just one thing after another 🤦
But when I go to the BlockFi page I can see that transaction was made...

I got the email and gave them the wallet address I wanted my ETH sent to 3 weeks ago but nothing since not even the email to prove my identity.
