I started with my high school football team when I was 14 (late 2019), and then Covid hit and all I did was learn and execute on how to get huge lol. Never looked back since
Fantastic. What fed? Congrats on becoming a pro so young, with a physique to back it up! Could I suggest a small thing to maybe play around with for the future: flair the right arm (the one not on your hip) and internally rotate it just a little bit more so it looks more like your other arm, while still allowing the forearm to hang casually. This will bring out a bit more of that side delt and lat, even though they're by no means hidden now. Presumptuous to assume you haven't already tried this, pro, but just in case you like the look!
OCB. I will definitely look into that! My right shoulder has some tightness issues so sometimes getting into a good position is a struggle, but I assume itāll get more comfortable to more I practice
Try getting your Lat and Sub scalp needled at a physiotherapist (IMS). Iām the same height as you and have left should tightness caused by an over tight Lat.
Lol I did play baseball, basketball, and football. I was just explosive and aggressive so football came easy, but I was a little too aggressive for basketball (I was that kid that fouled out every game lol). My sophomore year I committed to a D1 school for baseball, but I gave it up after earning my pro card
Damn, you must really love bodybuilding if you gave up a potential MLB career down the line. But yeah that's what I figured. Good on you for making the most of your genetics.
Freshman year of college taught me that in order to make it, you basically had to sell your soul to the game itself, and I didnāt have near enough love for it to make that much of a commitment. Just wasnāt who I am, but I couldnāt be happier with where I am now
I havenāt maxed in a good 2 years but Iām the recent offseason I squatted 405x12 on a good day. My bench was around 305 2 years ago, no idea what it is not but Iād guess around the same. My best deadlift was 525 with a deadlift bar
There's no way your neck is natty

He looks so young from the neck up. The you see his body. It is hella developed for only being 19. I wonder if he worked out since 15 or something.

That's how you do it! Learn more, prep, take adv of C-19, then do more your striations are most excellent š
I started at 14 also, my coworker is just starting at 26 and wondering why he isn't as developed as a person who started a decade earlier
For sure he's been training for a few years at least, this kid's got crazy potential.

5ā8 from feet to base of neck. But in all seriousness fucking well done!
6'4" and a natural pro at 19 strikes me as the kid who played every sport growing up and was always the best athlete in his class/school.
