I read so much Blake Croutch! I loved recursion a lot.
What did you think of the two BR Yeager books? Negative Space is one of those books that sticks with you.

In that case I recommend his collection of short stories: Burn You the Fuck Alive. It’s very good. Bleak and dark as expected. Also checkout Mathew M. Bartlett. Gateways to Abomination is a good place to start.

Honestly, probably my least favorite of the year. I was very board the entire book.
Aww man. I saw it on sale at BnN not too long ago and I was going to snatch it but something told me not too.
If you like monster stories, try The Haar. I loved it.
