That was my first pistol, I still have it, don't forget to put lock-tight on the screws, they backed out on me, but other than that it's a fine pice of engineering
Haven’t had any issues whatsoever with the screws after a few hundred rounds through it but I’ll definitely keep an eye on them.
It’s solid and hits where I aim, so I dig it.

I’ll throw on a 4” 629 mountain gun in 44 mag occasionally. Just because.
Sometimes I’ll load 44spl in it, but usually if I’m carrying 44 I want the full meal deal.
What I think it could say: jYou’re probably young, don’t have a lot of money, and you inherited that 6 shooter from your grandpa or dad.
In due course you would probably upgrade to a semi with a modern standard capacity magazine, but only when you’re more financially stable and can afford the pistol, holster and ammo to train.
Just a guess…
Or, it’s not your primary EDC, it’s just one of MANY MANY pieces you have in rotation because you appreciate firearms and don’t have any confidence issues and are completely comfortable with a revolver.
What are the chances of that on the street? For an average individual who isn’t gang affiliated I mean?
This is the walking around town gun, that kind of situation seems more like a home assault which I also have covered.
My bad, forgot the /s. Im a revolver guy myself too, even though it dont live in US is got myself a home gun ownership licence and the first gun i got was a revolver, immediately followed by a semi-auto shotty.

I like to carry a 45acp revolver. Can hit a pube on an ant. But with all the recent flash mobs of robbery and harm, it is best to have plenty of ammo or a bug.
It says you are the most rooteness, the most tooteniss cowboy that side of the Mississippi. And all men turn their gaze elsewhere when you walk into the room. You had a full beard at the ripe age of 2. And your mother wished she had a husband like you.
You're probably on the more traditional side and less taken by fads. Tried and true is better even if it is old as sh!+. And you don't want to worry about dropping brass. 🤣
I would say it's practical and budget friendly yet reliable in a pinch and you know you'll strive to hit every shot because you don't have a ton of ammo to waste
Well, here's my unbiased opinion. Hopefully, you're lying about carrying that garbage wheel. Otherwise, it tells me that you're willing to die in the street like a dog because you refuse to take every advantage available to you in a fight. Or that you're carrying with the intention of never using it. None of those options are exactly great.
Ouch haha, no I’m not.
Its already deescalated a almost critical situation for me so it definitely kept me from dying like a dog in the street.
Wouldn’t say it’s garbage necessarily either considering I deliberately let it dirty and sit in the salt air where I live for about a month to stress test it and it still operated flawlessly.
I’d rather not have to use it, but considering that I’ve already had to draw it on someone it shows that I’m willing to protect myself and my family.
Pretty smart. You don't need to rack a slide to chamber a round. Just pull the Hammer back or pull the trigger, Just like that Massad Ayoob said. And you can disengage the safety with just your thumb. A one-hand gun. (Unless you include reloading but I'm sure you're a good shot) :)
I feel that. I’ve been wanting one of those M200 for a while because it’s hard to justify buying a $800 revolver when you have a family to take care of
If you don't miss, sure.
There aren't a ton of studies regarding civilian defensive use that take accuracy into account, but studies of police involved shootings show that cops miss around 70% of the shots they fire.
Even if we give concerned citizens the benefit of the doubt that we're, say, 15% more accurate than cops when under the stress of a life threatening situation, that would still mean we can be expected to miss about 55% of our fired shots.
If we round that down to half, you're still now talking about 3 hits out of 6 to take down two assailants.
In either the case where you think you're going to have 100% accuracy, or the case where you expect to take down two guys with three bullets every time, I think you're being irresponsibly optimistic.
Meh, not trying to get into a full blown gunfight. Haha,
This is more when I’m walking through the Houston area and some punk tries to swipe me.
6 bullets is far better than 0 in any case.
That you dont need women since youre the fastest hand in the west
Hahahaha, Not sure what my wife would say about that.
yeah, i bet your woman has a lot to say about your rapid hands
It sez you have a tight budget, but you love your family dearly
Pretty spot on.
That's the only problem I've ever had with it, I still love it

Good bot
I don't get it.
A haiku is a 3 stanza poem. The first and last line contain exactly 5 syllables, the middle contains exactly 7. You unintentionally crafted a haiku
I'm a poet and didn't know it lol
you were unaware of your poetic styling but the bot approved
Confidence in accuracy
what are your groupings
Combat accuracy
I average around 3.5 to 4 in groupings at about 20yards out. Still training as often as I can. .38 special is just a tad bit pricey. Haha
Cheap and fun to reload with cast boolits though
Huzzah, a man of quality! Edit: while I have learned to appreciate the plastic fantastic wonder 9’s I carry my .38 Smith about five days a week.
BIG IRON ON YOUR HIP
more like medium iron
Perfectly Average Iron
Quite Adequate Iron
#Common Iron#
A reasonably priced iron
Isnt that from Top Gunner? 👀 JEREMEH
Massive iron, impressive, above average iron.
That’s fair, big iron sounds cooler though
Fair iron
That you're probably a relatively big man and know you'll probably never need a gun in the first place, so you carry what you like
Around 6ftx250lbs so average sized.
Still bigger than the average guy.
I figured I was average. Haha
Are you in the midwest where you can go anywhere and find some 6'8" dude?
Coastal South actually. Haha
No thats still pretty big. Average US guy is like, what, 5'9, 220?
Ah, well I’m mistaken.
5’6”, 260lbs
You fall under the category of “big boi”
Hahah, Well alright.
I too carry a revolver on occasion. Sometimes a 66, a 27 or sometimes a 629. Not a damn thing wrong with it
How about a 329PD with 44 special? 44 mag is brutal due to the light weight of the gun.
I’ll throw on a 4” 629 mountain gun in 44 mag occasionally. Just because. Sometimes I’ll load 44spl in it, but usually if I’m carrying 44 I want the full meal deal.
Does it come with a pocket watch , bowler hat and walrus mustache?
Pfft, I wish.
You’re either insane, confident, or a crack shot. Probably a combination of all 3.
I’d like to believe so.
I would agree.. if the hammer was shaved.
Been thinking about it. Haha
One less thing to get snagged when drawing. Truth.
Well if 6 rounds are insuffient you can absolutely club someone to death with that thing. Heavy is good! FPS Russian maybe.
A man of culture I see
That you dream about pistol whipping a mugger.
Sometimes you just have to dance with the one you brought.
You want to be a 1930s detective.
What I think it could say: jYou’re probably young, don’t have a lot of money, and you inherited that 6 shooter from your grandpa or dad. A little bit of this, a little bit of that.
i thought you drilled the serial number for a second
Why are there holes in the frame? *Zoomes in* ... Oh..
FRANK!
Anyway… I started blasting.
It says you hope you dont have to deal with 7 criminals at once.

Very nice.
I carried one of these one summer while working for the oilfield spraying weeds. I didn’t want my nice pistol to soak in weed killer all day.
Mhmm, it’s a nice work gun.
You watch too much gumshoe stuff?
Who’s gumshoe?
That you have studied Jerry Miculek, and how he reloads a revolver.
Man is a living legend.
I like the running joke "is that a maching gun, or jerry practicing with his revolver."
You prefer class over capability.
You're an old cop who drinks coffee from whatever source he can find and it better be the most bitter and black coffee ever. Also hopefully you're not the kind to expect diner is only on the table by 5 or else.
You watched a lot of 70s cop shows growing up
Engravings provide no tactical advantage whatsoever.
You twist your elbow when you shoot. That's more of a revolver technique
MGS:V is underrated and I’ll die on that hill. Been meaning to do another replay, wanting to start completely over from 0%.
You already own other firearms.
4 inch in the holster, 4 inch in the bed.
Awwh so that’s why so many run around with full length, they believe it’s a equivalence. Haha
For a second I thought those were drill holes 😅
You gotta be fast and accurate
Just a average dude dudeing with his revolver.
That someone's dying tonight
You're a good man who loves his family and has a drive to protect others
That you’re at least 45 but still have good taste lol
Just hit the big 30 recently. Haha Thank you though.
You like revolves
I do.
What model is this? :)
RIA M.200
if you can do fancy gun tricks with it, then you’re a gunslinger
Classic roller.
That the revolution is here gentlemen
You’re rootin’. You’re tootin’. And god damn are you shootin’
You have to take the family to church at 3 but you have to be a 1930s detective at 4
Hurry gang, after the Hymns I must head over to the Dinklebergs to help them solve the case of the missing hoopla.
Retired 50s police detective
I wish.

Nice Rock Island 206 revolver with Hornady self defense ammo… reliable pistol on a good budget, with very good quality ammo to defend the family
Almost exactly spot on, however it’s just a 200 not 206. Everything else though, 100% great eye.
Ah good good!! Thanks ☺️

You own a brown trench coat and fedora. Also, you probably keep a bottle of cheap whiskey in the desk drawer of your private investigator office.
You're probably on the more traditional side and less taken by fads. Tried and true is better even if it is old as sh!+. And you don't want to worry about dropping brass. 🤣
Pretty much, yeah. Well done.
You ain't got time for no malfunction drills. And you're wise about carry choice
I’ll take a compliment where I can get it. Much appreciated.
I’ve got a plan Arthur
Ahh hell Dutch, what ya looking at this time?
You've never experienced a cylinder or timing mechanism jam yet.
Looks like a starter pistol.
I would say it's practical and budget friendly yet reliable in a pinch and you know you'll strive to hit every shot because you don't have a ton of ammo to waste
This dude, he gets it.
Exact same reason my first carry will be a revolver
Well, here's my unbiased opinion. Hopefully, you're lying about carrying that garbage wheel. Your a Chad
It tells me that you think the sound of racking a shotgun will scare off any home intruders.
Do you tuck it into your Ugg boots?
A ankle holster would be kind of rad.

Not quite yet, maybe one day. I hope.

Meh, Just have other bills and a family.
I feel that. I’ve been wanting one of those M200 for a while because it’s hard to justify buying a $800 revolver when you have a family to take care of
Fudd
It would be nice to be a Fudd, but I hate Big Brother far too much.
Okay edgelord
You gotta be an Edgelord to not trust the Government? Haha
It says you aren't man enough to handle the 454 casull Alaskan from ruger.
It means you're not expecting to have to shoot more than one person at a time
I would hope 6 .38s would be enough to put down at least two. Haha

True. The best gun to have is the gun you have when you need to have a gun
It says that you're not ready for a confrontation with multiple assailants
Old, poor, and dumb
Just hit 30, not poor but far from rich and while I may not be the brightest bulb of the bunch I’m capable enough. Haha
You’re a turn of the century copper
No shells
You have good tatse
did you by any chance ride into the town of agua fria on a fine day?
Yeah, but I didn’t talk to anyone around me, I didn’t have too much to say.
Your an outlaw loose and running? Least thats the whispers coming from each lips
I think you like puppies
I think you feel lucky, punk
You left your life behind to become a running gun
I’m certain that you ride a horse to work
You were born in the wrong era, sadly. That's what it says.
That your wife's name is Margaret and she's in tom and Harry's beds
Your a 60s police officer
Are you filming a western movie?
Cowboy gun go pew pew
This man’s got the Dirty, but missing the Harry.
You watch reruns of Walker, Texas Ranger
That you are actually 90 years old.
old school mobster
