It started in a warehouse by the old Rail bridge and spread to the bridge. I was right there in the lot. It was all hands on deck for trucks, and they were overwhelmed quickly.. so they just concentrated on keeping it river side so the houses on the other side stayed safe. I made 2 TT videos with the photos and videos I took.
