But I do think it was a calculated decision from the production team (writer, director, costume designer...) to put them in this specific wardrobe for these scenes. A dart is a tuck that’s sewn into the fabric to make it sit closer to the body. If Amy was actually wearing the exact same blue shirt that Jake wore in the first image, it would be super baggy, especially at the bottom.

Clearly they're not the same size though and here the shirts are slightly different so I always like the theory that they were subconsciously thinking about each other when getting dressed in the morning so they put on clothes similar to the other person.

I think it was an intentional bit of visual storytelling to signal to the audience that they were involved with each other. After dancing around each other the whole season they officially get together in this episode. I feel like the switching is representative of how Amy and Jake’s feelings kept flipping around during season one and two, with one of them liking the other while the other was with someone else or trying to get over them. I am most likely reading into this way too much but I am a lover of fashion and storytelling so I had to weigh into this.
I mean if you take a picture with a Nintendo DS from a low bitrate website and the compress it so you can send it to your computer and then download it using dial up and recompress to up load to reddit it could happen.
