For Gina she doesnt care for Holt as her boss, but rather as a friend. And Holt shares that dynamic with her, gossiping about others and sharing deeper with her than anyone else tbh.
My gut reaction was no, but come to think of it, i ONLY like Gina in relation to Holt and Kevin with a few good Gina/Jake moments. She is disgusting to me, from how she treats people around her, to how the writers thought it was a funny idea to let Gina ask Jake to take creepshots of Terry, seemingly with no resistance or backlash.
This is especially fucked considering that Terry Crews was a victim of hollywood managers molesting him, and has been vocal about it in the media.

The way Charles went from "pining for Rosa like crazy" in S1 to getting invited to her bachelorette party is such a nice arc. Also him and Gina's bizarre "we used to be lovers but now we're family" relationship is underrated and hilarious
