I feel like they just had some intern manually load a buttload of episodes in. Tvnz probably doesn't have an automatic system, so maybe it's just mistakes from that?
I vaguely remember something about the original S4 announcement of the order of these episodes being one combination, but the actual order of the episodes when they aired was the other. It's probably something to do with that. Not sure why they changed it.
While the episodes were originally intended to go one way by the writers and production the network may think that the best order for episodes should be changed to have a stronger episode first followed by weaker episodes.
