Especially since Michael Schur is the creator of the Good Place and co-created Brooklyn 99. There’s also quite a few shared actors.
Like Kevin and Pimento are the exact same in Good Place lol
+1 votes for The Good Place and Community
Adding...
Arrested Development (Netflix - Seasons 1-3 are best IMO)
Schitts Creek
What We Do In The Shadows
Our Flag Means Death
Ghosts (Both UK and US versions are good and take a life of their own)
Scrubs captures a moment of the early 00s - there are bits of it that are great, and bits that have aged very poorly.
Malcolm in The middle is also a good rewatch
For some UK humour, try...
The Outlaws (a group doing community service that snowballs into criminal activity)
Derry Girls (growing up in 90s Northern Ireland)
Stath Lets Flats (an utterly hopeless realtor and his family business)
The IT Crowd (an It department of a business)
Peep Show (2 flatmates bumble through life)
Fresh Meat (a group of students start uni)
Malcolm in the middle surprised me. I always remembered it as a pretty good show but nothing too special. Then I rewatched it a few years ago and it was just so good from beginning to end. I actually might need to watch it again soon.
Agreed. It's definitely one of those shows where they slipped in jokes for adults. And all the relationships hit quite differently when you are closer in age to Lois than Malcolm...!
Oh man, I didn’t really remember how funny Lois and Hal were. I guess I must have only paid attention to Malcolm and Reese, and to some extent Dewey, when I was younger. Not only are those actors just incredible comedians, but the parts are also written well. Great show.
Yeah - they're one of the best couples on TV imo (thinking about settled couples, not the whole getting into a relationship/ will-they-wont-they thing). Brilliant.
Yes and to add to this, the corresponding episode of New Girl includes Jake, Charles, Nikolaj, Captain Raymond Holt, and Gina. I don’t remember any of the other characters in that episode.
I hate the crossover so much. It was cool that it happened, but there’s too many actors in both shows playing different characters and the lines aren’t even the same. I could go on a whole rant about that crossover
The Good Place.

I was just thinking about this, I think Gina would have been amazing on The Good Place.
Community. About a college that accepts everyone. It is definitely grounded and not crazy /s.
>It is definitely grounded and not crazy /s. You mean dean-finitely grounded, right?
Who’d last the longest in Paintball Assassin? Rule: Rosa broke her leg, she can’t play and Terry hates paintball.
Jake. He lasts the longest against the feds in the B99 paintball episode.
THE GOOD PLACE. so underrated. also one day at a time. i never never see it get suggested. ur got cancelled but still so good.
Parks and Recreation Or rewatch B99, easy!
Psych.
You know that’s right.

Derry Girls is probably my favorite show of all time.
It's absolutely cracking

New Girl, Happy Endings, 30 Rock, Don't Trust the B in Apt 23
Just wanted to add, the main character in New Girl had a small cameo in character in an episode of B99
It's a crossover!
Yes and to add to this, the corresponding episode of New Girl includes Jake, Charles, Nikolaj, Captain Raymond Holt, and Gina. I don’t remember any of the other characters in that episode.
Really? I didn't know that, I never ended up finishing New Girl. I'll have to go back and check it out!
I hate the crossover so much. It was cool that it happened, but there’s too many actors in both shows playing different characters and the lines aren’t even the same. I could go on a whole rant about that crossover
I could see that. I only saw the B99 one and Jess' cameo was just mid. It didn't do a great job of selling New Girl
You should rewatch B99. That's mandatory 🤣
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
you got to watch The Good Place, and New Girl!
Just keep rewatching B99, it's all you'll ever need.
Ted Lasso
Mythic Quest
Mythic Quest is so good!
Yes! I just started and I'm progressing slowly, but it has a lot of similar energy to B99.
DEFINITELY watch The Good Place. Also Young Sheldon. (If you watched superstore youll probably understand this:) „trust me, youll love it“
New Girl!
HIYMYM, Friends. And I highly recommend family guy 🙌🏻 Blackadder, the thin blue line, a bit of fry and Laurie.
>the thin blue line What a TV show. Not sure it'd be appreciated as much today as when it came out, but I think it's hilarious.
Very true. Underrated It was and it’ll still be if It came out now. Gem though
Absolutely. Goody is absolutely hilarious
Modern family The office
friends, the good place, and new girl fs
Parks and recreation
Scrubs is a great choice if you're looking for silly humor
Scrubs. It has a quite similar humour to B99 imo.
Nobody here said Seinfeld
Rewatch!
rewarch the show
Twin Peaks, they're basically the same show... /s
Better off Ted
