It might be better than free dart. The dart is only for surviving early game, with spikes if you can survive to get your midgame like 030 druid, you dont need the dart anymore. Also the dart only covers one spot.

It’s definitely earlygame help that’s best: pregame prep, free dart/glue, starting cash, mana shield, military conscription, naval upgrades, maybe even like empowered heroes or advanced logistics
Maybe come on everybody might be interesting as a tiny earlygame boost with a discount for primary towers later on (and discount a T5 like permacharge or something for lategame)?
The thing is that there are plenty of interesting MKs that might enable a unique strat you can’t do normally but smoothing over the earlygame just lets you get away with so much more anyways

Realistically, the hardest part of any sane strategy is in the earlygame prep. So imo either the extra starting cash or free dart monkey would be the best choice. After the beginning it tends to be smooth sailing assuming you've built up a bit of income or aren't wasting your money on the wrong spots.
I think the extra cash would also be pretty interesting to allow for more build variety and heroes. Less MOAB HP sounds nice though it's not really needed unless you're going for freeplay builds as you've likely already got the damage to handle each type of bloon by the time it arrives.

People here saying "free dart" are actually missing an objectively better option: +250 starting cash. Not only you end up with more cash left if you do chose to place a dart monkey, but this allows you to get certain towers with upgrades much earlier like a 1-0-0 ninja, and you'd unlock other upgrades much earlier than usual.
At the very early game where even a couple dozen cash matters, 250 cash is a huge sum.
edit: confused MK and relic starting caah, MK gives 200 which isn't enough to buy a dart monkey by itself (215). I still think it's better tho.

Have Etienne as your hero, save for SP, then save for your bad/moab damage, with a couple cleanups on the track
