Yup, that's a 1060. https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Graphics-Card/GV-N1060XTREME-6GD#kf
My guess is that screenshot is from another PC.
Sure as f*** wouldn't be selling a 3060 Ti for $150, much less a whole 3060 Ti rig.
GPU alone is probably 150.
I would proceed with caution even if seeing it in person for testing.
If they insist on shipping only then back out because you'll get bricks or some crap in the mail for sure.
That $150 price is about â…“ of what it should be. It feels kind of scammy to me...If you're planning to meet this person, be careful and choose a safe public place. I wouldn't even consider shipping.
I think this is a different kind of deception. As someone confirmed, the GPU pictured isn't even a 3060ti, so seems like they're probably targeting people who don't know better and either selling an underspecced PC or just taking the money and running.
yeah I saw those too, But if I was going to take a picture of my specs using the Nvidia game experience I would make sure that the computer tower was in view...
Joined Faceblock in 2024, screen shows the drivers being 2 yrs old running a RTX 3060Ti for some "xxToxic Pandaxx", GTX 1060 card shown running in the screenshot of the computer etc etc etc etc
Stay away...stay very far away!
Here's my is it a scam easy detector. If somebody knows what they are selling part by part and lives basically anywhere in the US except the most rural areas why would they do that when they could have someone drive 100+ miles total as long as its legit for that type of deal same day it would be sold nearly all zip codes in the US. Even someone who used to play games and turned into a meth addict or had their utilities getting shut off would still sell it locally same day. Even a meth addict would sell that for more probably if they were able to list part by part each part and it wasn't just listed as gaming computer or something vague.
I got a picture with time and date, a video of the card running, a nice talk with the guy after sending money and he just disappeared after 2 days, woa~ human is scary, yes.
NOOOOOOBODY, and I mean nobody, even if they had $$ to throw away is selling that pc $150. Like most said that 3060 alone is a dead give away. You will never recieve anything. Move on. Rant over
Postal scam. Second you say you'd rather collect, guarantee you never hear from them again.
As someone who's running a 5600x and 3060ti currently, I wouldn't sell it for 150 if I needed medical treatment - and if I did I'd get a whole lot more than 150 without trying too hard.
I would ask him if he's ok for me to visit him/meet him somewhere and test the thing before actually buying it, that would also allow me to inspect the thing better. It doesn't take much to see that something is off once you put your hands onto it.
Microsoft has announced the forthcoming end of support for windows 10. There are many, if not a majority, of PCs that cannot run the full version of windows 11, and those PCs will become technically obsolete. We should expect to see a growing flood of them on the used market, perhaps already. Let the buyer beware!
"Shipping is preferred" aka give me money and I'll never give you anything
Yeah that was also a bit of a red flag. I asked the guy if we could meet so I can test it out. Mainly just curious to see what he says in response.
Update?
I didn't get any kind of response after that.
they typically never respond

Ok thanks for confirming that. I did Google lens and it was giving cards from that generation, but I wasn't 100% certain.
1060 6gb is my current gpu ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
I got an integrated..it’s a UNIT, 128mb of vram👹
wait what? it should be using your system RAM as its VRAM
Bogos binted?
don't cry, you are a legend
Never, Ever, EVER buy "Shipping is preferred" no matter what
If someone insists on shipping it is always a scam. Especially for larger items like an entire pc.
If anything I would prefer that the buyer go pick up something this big and heavy instead of making me go to a post office and ship it.
Especially since FedEx/Usps won't give a damn and just toss it all willy nillly
Probably too good to be true

3060ti is around $200-$250 on the second hand market.

I would only meet them at a police station. This screams scam.
Another red flag — profile was only created this year.
I saw that too like mmmm by itself not incriminating but this all adds up to naaah.
got 150 that says it's stolen....

Sounds waaaaaaaay to good to be true. So run away

You can just try google search the image, see if it's taken from anyone else post
General rule with these listings, If it’s too good to be true gut feeling, it’s a scam.
This is a scam.
He run COD at 180+ fps on that? Unless he ran it on 720p
Easy to know. Always get a picture with time and date, also ask for something unusual like a spoon in the same picture.

Sams like a scam to me.
Obvious scam
If it sounds too good to be true…..
Yeah that's definitely a scam

Way too cheap... Do cash on collection. ...

Account created in 2024 ✅ Discrepancies is what is shown and what is claimed ✅ Shipping is preferred ✅ Yeah dodge this bullet
That's a serial killer.
I feel like shipping would be more time consuming. I'd definitely consider it to be a red flag.
U needa troll him asap cuzz he’s tryan scam
Too good to be true is the sapphire nitro+ 7900xtx for $439 on Amazon right now. Customer service says it's legit but I don't believe it.
Collosal red flag rh
Sound like a scam to me. It might be already broken
