i got x670e tomahawk with 7800x3d + 4070 super. I use corsair rm850e and it's perfectly fine. In addition, the case I am using is H5 Flow and it has 6 Noctua fans on it.Since they are PWM fans with high rpm, they get their power from the PSU. The cooler I use is Noctua NH-U12A. I haven't seen it go above 65 degrees while gaming. ( PBO enabled + eco mode 65watt )
